This two story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome is located in Regal Oaks: the perfect location for your next Orlando getaway. Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door, entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. Then go next door to Fun Spot where you will find exciting rides for the thrill seekers in your family. Whether you are spending your days at the theme parks, or soaking up some sun poolside, Regal Oaks offers a Resort Experience with all the comforts of home.

This townhome features a King Master with ensuite and two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and its own ensuite, and the third with two twin beds. Downstairs you will find a full bath / laundry room. The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a flat screen television and a comfortable sitting area. The home also features a sofa bed for the addition of 2 extra guest. Please let us know if you need extra linen for the sofa bed and it will be provided.

Air conditioning throughout. Laundry includes washer, dryer and ironing facilities. A safe is provided at no additional charge. All towels and linens provided.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at Chris's place. Nice and close to everything, clean and tidy, well equipped. We enjoyed staying there. Some hiccups with check in as the lock had been changed before we arrived and we weren't told, but was fixed up pretty quickly. We'd stay again in a heartbeat :)

Property Management was very responsive. Pictures of decor online was accurate and inside generally clean, coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately couldn’t use hot tab (one reason picked unit), screened in area roof panel missing/broken, no screen door lock, and place a mess with tree debris, inside of hot tub low water/dirty. Additionally building maintenance notice put up after arrival including painting, covering all window and porch with protective wrap and accessed screened porch without notice. Noisy, parking blocked/inconvenient and overall disruptive/no prior notice to booking. Main pool had stains throughout, needs paint. Area and complex bit run down. Didn’t charge for hot tub heat but No partial refund for inconvenience, dissatisfaction. Have stayed in similar priced, better maintained complexes in area.

Overall stay was good

Overall, the stay was good. Pros: location is very convenient literally just minutes away from old town! Getting in and out of the property was easy. They did provide coffee which was amazing and quite a surprise for our coffee drinkers.. beds were comfortable towels were clean and fresh. Cons: in the listing, it says that the unit sleeps eight and that there is a pull out couch. The unit only sleeps six comfortably& does not have a pull out couch. When we walked in, we were met with a list of how much the towels would cost if we damaged them along with a tip envelope that I felt was unnecessary.. the washer & dryer did not work which was a bummer because it rained all weekend and our clothes were soaking wet. We would definitely stay here again if the washer and dryer is fixed along with a pull out couch for our teenage son!

Great Vacation

Daughter was part of National Cheer Competition & we rented this house for the week. Overall we had a great stay. We had a family of 7 and only downfall was not enough places to sleep. Listing was for 8 but we could not figure out where to let our teen sleep ( he was ok with couch, did not seem to be a pull out). We did not reach out to property regarding this, so he didnt have a chance to let us know if we were missing something 😉. We made it work for the time we were there. We had a small mishap with a breakage and Chris was EXTREMELY understanding (children are 6, 8, 10 & 14), which was greatly appreciated. Kids LOVED the pool. There are also a few games ocer in the corner near slides. We would definatley stay here again!!
