Adorable newly built house situated on a quiet street right in front of Jabaquara beach, Ruby is beautifully decorated to make guests feel extremely comfortable. Ruby offers privacy and security. Pets are welcome!
Ruby is spacious and charming: 03 bedrooms with air con, swimming pool/hydro, barbecue area near pool and off-street parking. Hard to find a home so cozy, brand new, with ocean and mountain views and close to the historic old town.
Accomodation:
– Capacity for 10 people accommodated including children
– Ground floor with dining/living room with, open style kitchen and 01 double en-suite bedroom
– Second floor with two en-suite bedrooms with air con and balcony. Both with a double bed and sofa bed.
Location:
Jabaquara beach is only 1.5 km from historic old town, with a beautiful view, as well as many beach kiosks and restaurants. No car necessary. Local market with bakery and everything you need less than 200 metres from the house. Bus stop only few steps away
