Beautiful, fully renovated 1935 Carriage House. This is a 2nd floor unit (13 stairs) with an off street, dedicated parking spot. Full kitchen including Keurig and coffee, full bathroom featuring a claw foot tub, this space has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Fast wifi and Roku TVs, work and dining space. Located in the heart of downtown Gladewater, you can walk to dining, shopping, and our many antique stores here in the Antique capital of East Texas.

What makes this property unique
This Carriage House is part of the Jeter Farmhouse which was built in the early 1900's. We have been lovingly restoring and renovating it since November 2023
