The studio style apartment was nicely laid out with everything you need for weekend stay. Very clean and cozy. The vineyard that it is situated on was well kept and picturesque in the mornings with the heavy due and sunrise behind the trees. Not far from town, but just far enough away to feel like youre in the country.

I can’t say enough good things about the host and our stay! Everything was super clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I loved the layout, and every detail—from the bed to the blanket on the couch—was incredibly cozy. I highly recommend staying here, and we’re already planning to come back.

I cannot emphasize enough how great the hosts, Steve and Mary Jane, are. It was like staying with your favorite relatives. They took great care of our every little (and big, lol) need. Very cute and comfortable cottage and centrally located to lots of NE Texas. Thanks again for taking such good care of us!
