Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park. 20 min from Downtown Toledo, situated on a 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Total privacy, in garage parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole boards, 9 hole par 2 golf course, fire ring & firewood, swings, & a fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Multiple parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses with in 30 min, or play our custom 9 hole Par 2 golf course right on site. Pond offer lots of fun paddle boat, zipline, slide, or relaxing on the beach.

Great place to stay. Beautiful scenery, very well kept. Host was very nice and helpful. The guests house was very nice with added extras to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax/ have fun.

Perfect Country Stay

David and Kathy have created a very special place that was perfect for our visit to the area.We were visiting relatives in Swanton and this "farmette" provided the perfect home base.We were greeted upon arrival by the pups and the people who all made us feel at welcome.Their elevated apartment gave us a great view of the rich Ohio farmland and beautiful sunsets. It had everything we needed for an easy stay. We really appreciated the lack of "decorative items" that often clutter these short term rentals and the welcome and thank-you treats for our continued drive.We will definitely hope this property is available when we visit again.
