Rosedale at Historic Hopffgarten House

A stunning historic Georgian style estate built in 1898. On just under an acre of lush gardens, this beautiful home features 4 bedrooms and a carriage house that doubles as a playroom, bonus room, or man cave. Experience the beautifully preserved features of a historic retreat, with modern amenities. Every bedroom comes with a unique theme. The primary suite features a king bed with an attached bathroom and is of the French toile Chateau era. The pink garden room also features a king bed and a love seat. The Harry Potter room has a queen bed with glittering ceiling and wallpaper original to the movie. Lastly, the bee room has an art nouveau feel with bunk beds and a vanity. There is a secondary bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second level. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The property grounds have a slow wandering creek, roses, beautiful shade trees, large front patio, a balcony and a tree swing.

Within 5 minutes of downtown Boise and Boise State University. Very close and accessible to the Boise airport.

Great location and beautiful house

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals in Boise over the last 6 years. This was by far our favorite. The house has so much charm. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean (which is a top priority for our family). Fantastic location a short distance from BSU stadium. Great communication with management.

Boise for regionals

We stayed for a week and it was incredible. The house is beautiful. We were able to host my daughters soccer team and parents for dinner and their was plenty of room. Stevie was a great host and super responsive to any questions. I had a late booking due to another VRBO cancelling on me last minute and couldn’t have landed in a better place.

Amazing home for BSU graduation weekend that provided the wow factor for our extended family. Every detail is superb and it felt like we stepped back in time…with all of the modern luxuries that we like. I was so surprised to find something so close to town that felt a world away. We enjoyed every space in the house and it was perfect for entertaining all weekend. Don’t pass up to say at this property. It’s awesome!
