The place was very clean, and plenty of space for 2 of us and our dogs. The corner was quiet, and we loved that we could take the dogs out the back door. The view was perfect of the bay!

Our stay was very nice. Being on the ground level was very convenient for our dog. The kitchen lacked a few simple things such as pot holder and dish towels.

The first room was dirty with spiders everywhere, dirty pull out couch, dirty kitchen utensils, and the fridge did not work. The room didn’t have carpet because we brought 2 dogs and the floors were tile. The next room that we received was carpeted. Thus the concern with carpet and the dogs having an accident. The room was mostly clean. However I found McDonalds does box under one of the beds was tops to McDonalds cups. I clean the room when I first arrived for the second time. Everything else was good the individuals who worked in the office were new and helpful. I may visit again.

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location was excellent. It’s conveniently close to the beach, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and we appreciated how peaceful it was at night. The marina setting was also a nice touch and made for a pleasant atmosphere.The biggest drawback was the beds. The bed frames in each bedroom were very noisy and felt somewhat unstable. Even simply sitting down or rolling over in bed caused a lot of squeaking and movement. Replacing the bed frames or tightening and lubricating them would make a significant difference and greatly improve the overall guest experience.Aside from that issue, the property met our expectations, and we enjoyed our stay.
