This adorable Oceanfront efficiency, is like no other. Recently renovated and redecorated with private sleep area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable living area.
Located on 46th - A great location to walk to some of our favorite spots - Belly Busters (they deliver to the beach! - and best fish tacos). 48th St Tap House, Seacrets for Entertainment, Satellite Cafe for Breakfast, Mackys for Sunsets.
Bring your bikes for fun and easy ride to the Boardwalk.
Enjoy the sand patio, and grill area for a relaxing nite in, or to enjoy chatting with other vacationers.
Free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv and onsite. Lock Box entry
We do allow up 2 dogs, 50lb limit for 1 pet, or 70lb for combined limit for 2 pets. There is a pet fee of $85 - $25 for each add'l pet
Please note, pets are not allowed on the private sand patio/courtyard. There is a designated pet area just a minutes walk away.
Linens are provided year round, in sealed packaging.
The best part of this location is the view. No matter where you are in this unit, the beach is there with you .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this location. The entire place was clean and well decorated and was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants allowed me to keep my car parked for the entirety of my stay. Wonderful spot that I would definitely like to visit again!

We were very comfortable in the condo and liked the easy walk to the beach. Centrally located, close to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Owners provided clear communication and responded promptly to questions.

We had a really wonderful stay, the people in the surrounding units were very nice and friendly everyone was having a good time relaxing and enjoying the beach. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing with a perfect view of the ocean. We brought along our dash hound and she loved it there, the dog area was very clean as well. We will definitely be back next year.

The stay at Donnas condo was fabulous! It is very clean and she has a table outside to sit and watch the ocean. Parking was easy but it was during off season. A couple days we didn't drive anywhere because there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We took our small dog Lena and she enjoyed the stay as it was very pet friendly. The dog potty area isn't far and was clean. A very relaxing and enjoyable week! Thanks Donna! Hope to see you again.

My husband and I brought our dog to this spot! We had a great week! I absolutely loved sitting on the deck every morning with my coffee and watching the ocean! It was a perfect small spot to spend the week with our little family.

What an amazing little condo right on the beach. Such a great place in a great location. Perfect size for myself, my fiancé and our dog. The condo is so cozy and was clean and had a lot of what we needed. Everyone in the complex was so friendly and were very welcoming of our dog.

A very family-friendly 3-story building with great views and quick access to everything ocean city has to offer. We ran out of time to try all the great restaurants. The neighbors were all super friendly and everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway!

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Located on the 2nd floor which was easily accessible by walking up 1 flight of stairs. The view was beautiful and steps from the beach! Everyone was super friendly and had restaurants and stores close by. Everything we wanted to do was only a short driving distance away! Highly recommend for a couple looking to getaway!

Fantastic location - cute room - had everything we needed!! Appreciated the dog friendly room and condo as a whole. Quiet neighbors, loved sand patio for “take out dinners” and evening relaxing. Parking was a bit challenging with tight spaces/oversized vehicles of other guests, but we got lucky with street parking. Will definitely ask to stay in this efficiency again!

My husband and I are NEPA residents, and visit OC on a regular basis. We love the beach and the hustle and bustle OC provides. We do use our unit, and truly love it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

Why they chose this property

John and I are owners of another unit near the bay, and love the beach and Ocean City so much, that we decided to pursue the purchase of another property. We fell in love with this unit as soon as we saw the location. We use our little "home away from home" on a regular basis, and absolutely love it!! It's just perfect for 2 people (or 1) and even a pet or 2. We do not feel crowded at all. All who we've met at The Windjammer, including owners/guests/and maintenance are so friendly - I can't say enough. You have to experience for yourself!!

What makes this property unique

Unlike other efficiencies, this unit provides a private sleep area ... Altho, the unit only sleeps 2, it is nice to have the little extra privacy the sleep area provides.
