Perfect home for a trip to New Hampshire! My family loved staying here, particularly given the large common areas and deck allowed for us to spend tons of quality time together. The home was extremely clean and well-stocked, and the host was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to any large group or family visiting the area.

Property is beautiful and close to our wedding venue. The only suggestion I have is the pillows in the master bedroom were a bit too firm/hard for me and my husband. Might just be us. Lovely home and very comfortable.

When you walk in the great room your first reaction is "WOW." The room is amazing and so is the view. We very much enjoyed all the small details as well: The amazing kitchen with beautiful blacksplash, the game room and ping pong table, the comfortable beds and cozy fireplace. This house was amazing, and so was the host, Sarah.

Fantastic House and Amazing Location. Adjacent to Owl’s Nest golf course, this very recently built house was perfect for relaxing, working, and entertaining for the week. Mint condition house built in 2025 and we constantly felt the high quality craftsmanship and thoughtfulness whether we were out on the porch overlooking the golf course, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying the large downstairs game room with our daughter and six friends who all slept comfortably downstairs. Owners almost instantaneously responded when we had a few logistics questions. Ability to use the Owls Nest gym was also a plus. We’ll stay here when we’re back up for our other daughter’s graduation.

Such a beautiful home. Very clean and new. Beautiful furnishings. Kitchen well equipped, The grounds were stunning and a gorgeous view. Small note about tv, not all apps were pre-loaded on the tv. if you’re a college football fan and want to watch the games, Fubo is not available. We watched them on my laptop, so not earth shattering. This house is very, very nice and close to exit 28. Definitely a must stay. Sarah the owner is very responsive and answered all our questions. Check out time is 10am, a bit early, would love to see that changed to 11am. Thank you for being great hosts!
