This second floor Kiawah Island vacation rental is an updated Turtle Point Villa with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, gorgeous golf views, a screened porch, and a back deck. The villa is only a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach access. You cannot beat this location!

Renovated in 2020, this open-concept coastal themed villa offers plenty of space for the whole family! The living space features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, chair, mounted flatscreen TV, gorgeous golf view through large windows and access to the back deck. The updated kitchen boasts white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, is the perfect area for sharing meals and offers access to the screened porch.

Upstairs, you will find the primary suite, which features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor has two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a with a king bed, TV, and private access to a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The other bedroom features two full beds, TV, a private balcony, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back deck overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course's 17th fairway. The villa also features a screened porch with dining table and seating for 6.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.

Great few days on Kiawah Island

Have previously stayed in Turtle Point Villas & had another chance to spend 4 or 5 days - Great location - easily walkable or by bike to the beach - quiet, peaceful but surrounded by bike paths & also close to some very good golf — property right along #17 @ Turtle Point Dr-would think another stay will happen - only ask that bathroom soap dispensers are filled on any return visit

Perfect Getaway

A friend and I brought our girls here for a sweet sixteen birthday getaway. It was a perfect location! We loved the short walk to the beach, biking on the beach and around the island and the short drive into Charleston.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just a quick walk to the beach, golf courses, dining, and shopping all nearby. Apartment was really cute and spacious enough for our family of 4. We have a teenager and an 8 year old. We would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this villa. The location wonderful for us, close to the beach and tennis. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The host was quick and sent someone out to help us with an issue that was not an issue just user error. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfection!

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. We had other family members stay at another property close by and they were definitely jealous of our house. Ours was updated, very clean, and had great, simple decor. There’s a regular coffee maker (no k-cups) which is important to know in my opinion lol! There were plenty of bath towels (although beach towels would have been great to have) and they provide you with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, plenty of toilet paper in each bathroom, some paper towels in the kitchen, as well as dish soap, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. We didn’t really cook there much, but we did have everything we needed as far as making eggs, bacon and breakfast items. We were there for a wedding (having a full length mirror would’ve been a bonus!) and it was just a great overall experience. The unit is very close to the beach and the view of the golf course was spectacular, especially peaceful when sitting on the screened in porch while drinking your morning coffee. We did take advantage of the bikes that we got from renting the property and loved them. Everything about renting this property was easy and went smoothly. I would 100% rent this property again!

Clean and comfortable

I came with two other couples and the place was very comfortable for us. Each room had its own bathroom and nobody had to sleep in a twin bed! The kitchen had enough that we were able to cook a meal at home and we enjoyed a few meals out at Wild Olive and 48 wine bar without having to drive too far. The apartment has a primary suite upstairs but the downstairs is above another apartment and we had a complaint from the neighbors downstairs about footsteps the first night. If young children are staying this could be hard unless they stay upstairs. Akers Ellis was highly communicative and responded immediately to any questions (which were about the coffeemaker… it was drip and the prior guests left many filters but we got lucky there!) but the highlight of our stay was the complimentary beach gear rental! Chairs, coolers, umbrellas and carts were all available but we were able to get a bike for each person and thoroughly enjoyed them! We have come since 2021 to run the Kiawah half marathon and we rode the bikes to the race and back (easy 3 miles on bike paths) and since it’s located right at mile 10 (or 23 if you’re running the marathon, good for you!) our husbands were able to pop out and cheer us on as we passed then ride bikes down the beach to meet us at the finish line! Would highly recommend the property and Akers Ellis in general, they’ll take great care of you!

Lovely Villa, fully updated with all your needs!

Beautiful villa overlooking the 17th hole. We really enjoyed the screen porch and the additional sun balcony. The Upstairs master suite was large with a very nice bathroom. It’s only a very short walk or bike ride to the beach and is adjacent to The Sanctuary and the Tennis Center. I highly recommend this Villa and will book it again for future stays.

Took advantage of the super easy beach gear rental as well for bikes, chairs, etc and everything was in great shape and delivered before we arrived. Two things to keep in mind—several flights of stairs to get to the condo (in case that’s an issue) and no pool if that’s important for you. Beach is an easy five minute walk. Rental agency was super responsive and friendly! Would def rent again!
