I totally recommend Nye Bliss. It is an exceptionally beautiful, clean, fully renovated condo with excellent views, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and easy access down to the beach. You can also enjoy the ocean views, no matter the weather, out on the private and sheltered patio. The home has everything you need and then some. Our host was easy to contact and to work with. We look forward to staying at Nye Bliss again and, hopefully, become regulars. With thanks to the hosts!

4th of July Celebration

We spent the Fourth of July enjoying Newport Beach from the top floor corner unit of the beachfront condo building. Great views. Beautiful beach. Great location next to shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Our host was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent stay! This is a wonderful place to vacation and retreat - very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with top-rate amenities and accommodations. The ocean and beach views are absolutely phenomenal - truly unparalleled! Location for beach access and quaint boutique shopping are also great. The host was very welcoming and helpful, very nice to work with. Assigned parking (for one vehicle) is very convenient to have reserved/designated, as well. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this property and very much enjoyed our stay!
