WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK!!! Host never gave me instructions for check in. I messaged several times and even called and no response. VRBO did not want to give me refund but after more than hour phone call they went ahead and refunded me. Again DO NOT BOOK!! THIS IS A SCAM!!

Unfortunately this was my first time using VRBO. I don’t even know where to begin. Check in was fairly simple. Upon entering unit your are hit with a potent cigar smell with candles burning to cover up how strong the smell is. After unloading our stuff we decided to make dinner. Absolutely no pots, pans, silverware etc. Condo was filthy. Had to rewash all blankets and covers before sleeping on bed. Had to sweep and clean floors and wipe down countertops as they were completely filthy. Owner left note saying “ unfortunately WiFi was down in that building” messaged back and forth. He mentioned someone would be coming by to check it out. 4 days there no one showed up. Restroom was dirty as well. Facial/pubic hair all over bathroom and in shower. 3 very small drying towels on drying rack. Wife and I went to Walmart to purchase extra things needed that should have been supplied. Sofa in living room does not turn into a bed. No extra covers or pillows supplied in unit so purchase some if you book. Wife and I put together that owner is living in condo and moves all his filth to storage cabinet located on balcony right before check in time without cleaning unit. We were happy to get out of there.
