With a queen bed, full bed, and twin/futon option, guests will find the space welcoming and comfortable. Both bathrooms are ensuite! AC/heating, high speed WiFI, The den can serve as a 3rd bedroom or office (has desk and credenza) with LOVELY view of patio. Patio has plenty of shade and ceiling fan. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, dryer and iron, along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers & 1 tub. Kitchen is fully equipped including blender + food processor, Within walking distance to park 3 parks. 3D TV in living area, but on rollers if you want to watch TV in bed! Fall in love with Phoenix and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Home has 2 car garage, but only fits 1 standard SUV and a small subcompact.

Close to Mayo Clinic PHX-1, Honor Health (Deer Valley), John C Lincoln, Abrazo Scottsdale Campus.

Had a great stay. So many close restaurants, although the kitchen was fully stocked with any tools/appliances you could possibly need. Beds were so comfortable, I’m thinking I need to replace my own mattress with a similar one. Will definitely check to see if this home is available when I next return to the area.

Everything went great. When we go there we did notice a few things weren't clean like there was dry fruit on the floor but nothing major that weren't able to do a quick pick up. The host was great an responded quickly. Would definitely book again.
