The location was convenient and the pool was nice. The host communicated well and responded quickly. Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. Visible mold returned almost immediately after it was cleaned, and only one side of the affected column was addressed. We also found hair in the bathroom drain upon arrival. I would recommend adding towel hooks, as there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Overall, the unit has potential, but the maintenance issues need to be permanently resolved.

As soon as you notified us of your concerns, maintenance was dispatched immediately to inspect and address the affected area. We take any report of mold very seriously, as moisture-related issues can spread quickly and require proper remediation rather than simply surface cleaning. For that reason, we also offered you the option to vacate so the unit could undergo the appropriate treatment without disrupting your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the hair in the bathroom drain and your suggestion for additional towel hooks to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we are committed to maintaining our properties to the highest standards.

We had a fabulous week. We loved being on the ground floor with a beach view, and very close to the pools/beach/ everything. I would return again without any hesitations. Communication with the realtor was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The property met the basics, but for the price I expected a higher standard similar to chain hotels. The resort grounds didn’t feel well maintained, and staff interactions were minimal and not particularly welcoming. Public areas could have been cleaner.The room was tidy and the bed comfortable, though the pillows weren’t great. The towels were the biggest disappointment—they were thin, rough, and frayed. Adding hooks in both the bathroom and main room would greatly improve convenience.There were also a few maintenance issues, including possible black mold in the kitchenette area, rust on some lamps, and dust on the bathroom vent. These seem like easy fixes that would improve the overall experience.On the positive side, check‑in and check‑out instructions were clear, and communication with the host was very good.
