This 3 bedroom 1 bath house is located in private Briggs Farm. The Great Salt Pond stretches 4 miles long and offers endless opportunities for fishing, quehoging, swimming and kayaking. There are three beautiful beaches within three miles of the house, each offers a different experience. Walk the docks of an operational fishing village and buy lobster right off of the fishing boats! The Block Island Ferry is just 4 miles away and brings you to a great island adventure- don't forget to bring your bikes! If fishing is your thing, there are daily charter boats available or private charters for the whole family, Block Island sound offers fantastic Striped Bass fishing. Children love Adventure Land which offers batting cages, go karts, bumper boats and miniature golf. The beaches offer all day long sun and surf for boogie boarding, sand castle building or just relaxing on the beach. Return to the central air conditioned beach house and have the kids experience the excitement of the outdoor shower while you warm up the gas grill on the patio for the 2 lb. lobster! This three bedroom, 1 bath house is vinyl sided with a beautiful kitchen and appliances as well as a very clean bathroom and freshly painted bedrooms. Watch the large flat screen TV on those hot nights while the central air cools you down. There is a washer and dryer as well. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Bring your bikes because there is a 8 mile long bike path through Narragansett, if you are unable to bring the bikes, there is a rental shop in town. This is a perfect summer vacation. Perfect location, great house

Close to the pier and the beach. And the house is great, with several bedrooms, a/c, a great tv in the main room, and an outdoor shower. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beaches are very close but restaurants and shopping as well. Street exits at a light making traveling both safer and easier yet amazingly quiet location!

Adorable house with all the accommodations and amenities my kids and I needed! It is in a very nice, walkable neighborhood and so close to EVERYTHING - beaches, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, etc. We would definitely stay there again!!

Quiet neighborhood near many amenities.

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed the pretty backyard. I would definitely book again when in the area.

We arrived at the property with my code in hand and everything went smoothly. Upon entering the house, it was obvious that the owners take care of the property. The air-conditioning was set at a comfortable level. The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices loads of dishes glasses cookware. Homeowner even supplied coffee pods for the Keurig. My greatest fear was that the beds would be uncomfortable, and I am glad to say that my fears were unfounded. All of the mattresses were new and very comfortable. All of the bedrooms were a good size so it made for comfortable living. Living room had one very large sectional, leather couch and a leather side chair, which appeared to be new and were very comfortable. We were a three minute drive from the beach and literally minutes away from steak or seafood restaurants. We have to board the point, Judith ferry and went out to Block Island one day. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay thank you very much. We plan on coming back again. oopsie almost forgot the backyard was wonderful. The host supplied cornhole had a wonderful picnic table set up with beautiful chairs and additional chairs for in the backyard to watch the kids play.

Clean, spacious, and centrally located for day trips to Newport and Block Island. Quiet neighborhood with lovely backyard space. It's also conveniently located near several restaurants. Open floor plan with kitchen, DR, and LR with a huge TV and an extra-large couch. Five women thoroughly enjoyed their two-night stay and hope to return next year!

Weekend Away!

The property was well cleaned, the size suited our needs, and it was close to the beaches. Spent time sunning, visiting block Island and exploring Fishermen’s. Lovely farmers market on Sunday. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We may see you again next year.

Great location and comfortable stay

We were able to stay at this wonderfully quaint place in Narrangansett for the Labor Day Weekend. It has all the household items needed to feel like a home away from home. The location is close to everything, 5 mins to any shopping needs, beach or fishing location! We were able to take the little ones on a nice walk around the neighborhood nightly. It’s super safe and quiet.

Why they chose this property

We had never really thought about buying until we started renting beach houses. We would find the 'perfect' beach house for our young family only to realize that we were surrounded by rental properties on all sides and some folks would party into the next morning- good for them- but not so good for our young children. Our house has a vacant wooded lot on one side and across the street and a year round family behind us. We really enjoy being in a quieter neighborhood where we can enjoy our family.
