Bermuda Bay Club 1415 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Bermuda Bay Club is a wonderful Gulf to Bay complex featuring a large heated pool and spa, located in Bradenton Beach. From the pool area you can meander down the boardwalk to the bay while enjoying all the wildlife that Anna Maria Island has to offer. It’s a fantastic spot for the fishing enthusiast. Just drop in a line and catch your dinner. It’s a wonderful Anna Maria Island vacation escape!

This spacious three bedroom, two and one half bath condo offers a view of the gulf from the large open decks off of the living room, dining room and master bedroom. This unit has a two car garage. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Bermuda Bay Club 1415 will sleep six people with a two queen size beds and two twin beds.

It features a 26” television in the living room with a DVD and VCR. The master bedroom has a 19” television..

Bermuda Bay Club is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to three vehicles.

Spring Break getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! The home is in a great location, close to the beach! We wished the description included the beach items available so we could have saved the room and not packed our own.

Ladies Week!!

Figured I would break down to Pros & Cons Pros: Amazing location, plenty of room (3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms), loved being able to park our golf cart in garage, walked to beach everyday, pool and hottub a big plus, met wonderful people there and had so much fun going to all the local pubs/restaurants Cons : many steep steps ( 6 women and we had so much to carry up and down the stairs) once we got settled we were used to it, but thought important for anyone who might have trouble getting up and down steps. The number one issue was the place needed some serious updates (TLC) we had an issue with the dryer not drying clothes/towels and the freezer door did not shut securely so would over freeze or melt. When I called Island Vacation Rentals they were responsive to all our concerns. They explained the person who would have to come to check the appliances was not available until the next day. They did provide us with all new bath towels and beach towels to help with the immediate issue. Overall we all really enjoyed our week and loved Anna Maria Island!!

Great location!

The property was as listed and in a great location for 4 adults. We used all 3 bedrooms and they were very accommodating. Steps to the beach and short walks to other attractions. We enjoyed having the garage and balcony choices (3) very much. Management company was very responsive and attentive when a minor issue arose. Some appliances in need of an upgrade that would allow more comfort and be an energy savings to the owners. All in all we had a very nice stay. Would recommend.

AMI fun

Our family of 6, all adults, really enjoyed the space. Proximity to the beach is awesome, very short walk across the street. (probably 2-3 minutes) Beach out front is very nice. Great view of water from front large balcony. we walked to restaurants every night, Bridge street is 10-12 minute walk, with lots of shops inbetween. Place was clean and property company very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
