Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Condo, Steps to the beach! 2 pools and Hot Tub!

Located on Anna Maria Island, between the turquoise, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and picturesque Sarasota Bay, the Bradenton Beach Club is a resort on Florida's gulf coast. Our prime location and magnificent amenities assure a comforting atmosphere to ease away the stresses of daily life. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a beach wagon that can be easily stored in a private beach locker right by the beach.

This unit is located across the street from the beach and only a short 2 minute walk through our private beach access to sugar-sand beaches. Bradenton Beach Club has 2 pools, and a hot tub for your use. One pool is beach side, and one is located on the bay side of the complex. The bay side pool is just steps from your front door so it is very convenient to this unit. Our condo offers everything you will need during your stay right down to the beach towels. A private elevator provides easy access to all three floors. Hours of relaxation and radiant sunsets await you.

The Bradenton Beach Club is within a short walk or trolley ride from casual and elegant dining, beach front cafes, and unique shops. Fishing piers and marinas are nearby as well as bike, jet ski and kayak rentals. To the south are the coastal towns of Longboat Key and the world renowned shopping of St. Armands Circle. Inland, Sarasota presents many places to experience the outstanding culture of Florida, including restaurants,theaters, art galleries, museums, and an aquarium.

This three bedroom condo has three levels with a private elevator that can access all floors . On the top floor there are three bedrooms; two with king beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom/single on top). The bunk room is perfect for the kids. The master bedroom has a private bath while the other two bedrooms share a bath. There are TVs in each bedroom. On the main floor is an eat-in kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a separate dining area, a den with a sofa, flat screen tv, dvd player and a half bath. There is also a large screened lanai. On the bottom floor is the two car garage and main entrance.

The unit is also equipped with free WiFi for your use while you are vacationing.

Anna Maria Island and BBC is about a 1 hour drive from the Tampa International Airport, and a 30 minute drive from the Sarasota Airport.

We loved our stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and then some! Very short walk to the beach to spend the day and watch the sunset. Short walk the other direction out to the dock and watch the sunrise. The pool was quite warm but loved that it was steps away.

Bradenton Beach Club is absolutely gorgeous. The two pools in the complex were the perfect temperature, clean, and well maintained. The townhouse is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Anything a family might need is available in the townhouse. The beach was only a short walk away and the owners provided chairs, toys, an umbrella and more. It was the perfect stay!

Super clean and spacious. The elevator is great for luggage and groceries. Glimpse of both the beach and bay from the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything to Prepare meals. Garage is nice to keep vehicles and golf carts cool to unload items. Great stay!

Great Property for a Family

We felt we had lots of space to spread out and relax. We had an 11-month old with us, so it was great having the bedrooms upstairs so he could nap without being disturbed. Gorgeous beach, and great pools/hot tub. The lanai had torn screens which need to be fixed for little ones to be able to be out there.

Hi Ann, We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at our condo/townhouse. I am glad that the spacious layout worked out well for your family. After seeing your review about the screen, we inspected it and found that someone had dragged a chair along the screen and it tore the screen. The screen's purpose is not for child safety. The lanai has rails and spindles in place according to the building code and is inspected annually. The screen simply helps to keep insects out. Many lanai's in our complex do not have screens at all, so it is not a safety issue. We really wish that you had reached out if you had any concerns.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Friends of many years were looking for a spacious place where we all had our individual bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. We wanted a location close to the beach and assess to a pool. Love the place! Very clean! There are no curtains in the king bedrooms so it’s very bright early. that’s about our only complaint! Close to the beach and has lockers over at the beach so you don’t have to lug everything back and forth! We will stay again!!

Unit was clean and very spacious, just steps from the beach. Hooks on the foyer wall are very convenient to keep beach and pool items away from the living areas. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was was very well equipped. We specially appreciated the milk frother and high quality knives set. We cooked breakfast and dinner, found everything we needed. Property management was polite and quick to answer our questions. Would love to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay. Everything was true to the pictures and very comfortable. We were there with my son, his wife, and a one-year-old granddaughter. They supplied the highchair and playpen that were needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the inlet in the morning to an amazing sunrise. We also had a very short walk to the beach to watch a gorgeous sunset. ( The best of both worlds) The pool and hot tub were not a disappointment after a day at the beach. Loved our stay!

This was by far one of the best beach houses we have stayed in! Everything was exactly as the description described only more! This rental had everything you could need!!!! The location is absolutely perfect right across from the pool and a short walk to the beach across the street! The beach locker is literally on the beach and has everything you could need for the beach amazing backpack chairs an umbrella and sand toys for the kids! The beach wagon they provided made our life so much easier!!!!!!! We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this house we will definitely be renting again!

Just what we needed!

Four adults , plus a teen, stayed for a week here. It’s definitely not long enough! The location of this Vrbo is perfect. It’s a very short walk to the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas available steps away from the beach in your own locker. There’s also a pool and hot tub across the street from the property. Very relaxing, very quiet area. The property itself was great. The sleeping arrangements was perfect. The bedrooms are located upstairs, spaced far enough away from each other, we all slept peacefully, in our own space. The property is very clean-I am very particular about this and was very pleased. There are excellent restaurants minutes away. We didn’t have a bad meal! We biked the other end of the island, ate creamy ice cream and just enjoyed the chill atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Immaculate! Roomy! Across the street from beach!

What a great townhouse! Absolutely spotless- huge thing for me. Plenty of space to accommodate my husband and I, three kids under 12, and my sister. I loved the night lights around the house and in the rooms. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed - including birthday candles, which was a huge surprise! My husband is quite the chef, so he cooked a lot and every utensil he needed was provided. One pool was right in front of the place, very clean and not busy at all. Another pool, smaller, was right by the beach! The beach locker was amazing and useful. So many toys for the kids, floaties for the adults, and beach chairs. We had no issues other than having to leave 2 days early because of Hurricane Idalia, but our host helped to make the arrangements seamless. Overall, this place was a blessing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay…especially with the the beach being right across the street from the townhouse community, a five minute walk at most. I highly recommended this beautiful home!

Short walk to pool and beach

Had a great time. The condo was just like described. The beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. They have lots of movies for a rainy day. So nice to have everything you needed for a day at the beach, just grab a wagon and cooler (add your own drinks) and head down to the beach where there was a locker with chairs, umbrellas and floating toys. Very nice restaurants on the beach for watching the sunset. We were right across the driveway to the pool. We will be definitely come back.
