Flexible Check-in/Check-out. Brand New 3 BR 2 BR Home in the heart of Miami. Access to a private fenced /artificial turf patio w/ Gas Grill, Fire Pit and outdoor siting area. Kids love to play outside. Free parking. Laundry inside the unit. Fast Wi-Fi, self check-in. LOCATION: centrally-located. 10 min drive most popular destinations: to Airport, Wynwood, Mid-town, Little Havana, Design District, Beach and other Miami great destinations.

Fully equipped kitchen, Washer and Dryer inside the Unit.

Patio terrace and artificial grass throughout with access to comfortable sitting and Outdoor dining table. Patio is fully fenced front and back for full privacy.

Cleaning and Basic Supplies:

We offer our guests with a welcome Kit that includes some cleaning and essential supplies. These includes: Soap, body wash, Shampoo, Laundry and Dish detergent, Toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, trash bags, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy and for the convenience of our guest to get them situated into the house. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out. Host will provide local store information where these items can be purchased.

All guests are guarantee exceptional 5 star customer service before and during their stay.

For the convenience of our guests, the Host will be available via texts or phone calls for questions, concerns or simply to answer guest with inquiries about area attractions recommendations. Guests questions/ concerns are addressed in less than 15 minutes.

Host will provide all guests with trending Local spots, including touristy and also hidden local treasures that only Floridians know about.

This is a quiet and safe community with great neighbors. Only guest that are willing to follow the house/community rules are welcome to book since there are strictly reinforce for the safety of our guests and neighbors.

NO littering in the community.

ONLY SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED

All trash generated in your stay, has to be taken to the appropriate bin located outside of the house.
Home is expected to be returned in the same conditions received by guest.

Gas Grill (BBQ): Grill fee is $75/Stay. Guest can avoid this fee by following the BBQ Rules. Guest who follow these rules, will have their $75 grill fee waived 100%. Otherwise, a fee will be charged to card on file.

1-Burner control Knobs in the OFF Position
2-Gas Tank Tightly closed
3-Clean Grill
4-Grill Cover On after grill is cool down.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this home. The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable visit. The spacious layout gave our kids plenty of room to play and relax after long days in Miami.The large backyard was a highlight—perfect for grilling, playing cornhole, or relaxing under the umbrella. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major convenience, and parking for both of our larger vehicles was easy and secure. All the TVs were smart TVs, which kept everyone entertained. The home is centrally located to where it really is just a short drive to and from Miami Beach. Mr. Alfonso was outstanding from start to finish—very responsive, considerate, and always available to help. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We’re right in the heart of Miami...just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, Wynwood, Brickell, Midtown, the Design District, and North Beach. It’s the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel welcomed and at ease. This property has a cozy, lived-in warmth because it was once my personal residence. This one in particular, is close to my heart because my spouse, mom and I lived here with our dog Benji. When we moved out, we left behind not just the furnishings, but the sense of home that makes these spaces special. Our goal is for every guest to feel like part of the family and to enjoy a truly comfortable, memorable stay.
