The villa is one of the villas in Marbella, that has obtained the Andalucia quality licence: VFT/MA/08326, that is obligatory for all such service establishments.
The property lies in the heart of Elviria and is ideal as a holiday home. The villa is completely furnished and decorated with care, has a good distribution of space and its interior is kept ample. The main floor comprises of an entrance, a guest bathroom and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with breakfast area and a big storage. Furthermore, there is a modern and ample living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace which allows views to the garden and pool. The 50 sqm seasalt water pool is 1-2m deep and it can be heated on request. All bedrooms are en suite with bathrooms and blackout blinds. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a huge walk in wardrobe. Here you can enjoy lovely views from one of the terraces to the sea. The garden boasts a pool and enough space for having a bath in the sun and children can play around. The outside sitting area is cosy and perfect for a dinner and or a bbq. Furthermore, the property has marble floors, new a/c systems , various tv channels and excellent internet connection. Parking for 2 cars on the plot and 2/3 cars in the garage. This house is ideal for holidays as there is a nice pedestrian road and you can walk in approx. 10 minutes to the commercial centre of Elviria and from there approx 10 min further to the beach.

Absolutely fabulous villa - extremely clean, well located and equipped with everything you could want….We really enjoyed our week here - the pool was wonderful, the outside eating area was just fantastic and the bedrooms - particularly the master bedroom was just awesome.We stayed in a lot of places and this ranks as one of the best for being clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to all (and I’m VERY fussy!!)

Great house and great host

We had an amazing vacation in this mansion of a house. Everything that we needed was present. Aircon was working perfect, the pool was great (with great water quality), the garden was beautiful. We loved the area, walking to the little center with supermarket and restaurants, and walking to the beach as well (about 1,2 km). Our host was very helpful with everything and checking in on us to assure that we had a good vacation. We hope to be back here.

Great House in a Great Location

This Villa is what made our vacation such an unforgetable one. The wife and I and our three kids enjoyed spending time at this wonderful location. Sometimes it was too much time, as we stayed in the villa more than we did outside. But isn't that what vacations are for?? I would highly recommend staying here, such a quiet area, with a lot of restaurant within walking distance and just a great house. Made us feel just like home. This is my family's first visit to Spain, and they want to go back very soon because of this house. Urmas, the owner was very helpful and was in continus contact with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. Can't wait to go back and stay here again..

Villa at 265 Avenue Espana Almieria

The villa is well maintained & looked after. It has a lovely pool but could do with being cleaned more often I had to clean the pool every day to remove all the pine needles. Please make sure you have plenty of mosquito spray !! The villa is in a very nice residential area surrounded by many other villas consequently you have grass cutting machines, strimmers, chain saws all starting up about 08.00 !! A car is essential for the convenience of shopping and going out at night its just a little to far to walk in the very hot weather. The local taxi services were very good & reasonable we used these to get to the beach. I suggest opening an UBER account which we did for trips into Marbella which cost 50 euros each way !

Schöne Villa

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber, alle Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad, die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, tolles Grundstück von einer Hecke umgeben und Garage unter der Villa. Der Pool ist groß, für Kleinkinder allerdings nicht geeignet. Wlan reichte nicht bis in die obere Etage. 2 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und die anderen beiden jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Restaurants in ca 3 Minuten und den Strand in 4 Minuten. Zu Fuß geht man ca 10-15 Minuten. Marbella liegt ca 8 km entfernt, der Fughafen ist ca 45 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

A fantastic Villa in Elvira

Just returned from a week at Urmas's Villa.The Villa is very spacious and and very comfortable. The swimmingpool was a huge hit. There were plenty of sunbeds which was great as we were a family of 8. Bedrooms very comfortable and the aircon a life saver on the hot nights. Outside space was inviting to sit out in the porch and enjoy the evenings. They also had a big table in the porch as well as inside which was great as we could all enjoy our meals together as an alternative of the nice restaurants which are in the near. A lovely holiday. We would definitely return.

Wonderful place

First class luxurious villa, the pool is amazing and heated, the location is wonderful, great views and very quiet area, great for walks and 10 minutes away for shops. A delightful villa and holiday

We had a absolutely splendid time during our stay as this superb villa. The villa is of high quality and met all of our needs to ensure we had a lovely and very enjoyable holiday. Urmas was excellent when we were there, always available and very responsive if needed for any question at all and Kalle ensured we had everything on arrival and departure which was very appreciated. The outside areas of the villa are also a delight. It was our first time to this area of Spain for a holiday and the walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and all the amenities made everything so much more relaxing than having to go in the car all of the time. We look forward to visiting again hopefully very soon.

Beautiful house and grounds, within walking distance of restaurants, zip lining, and beach. Lots of fun activities to do in area: we went quading, canyoning and rock climbing and were always happy to return to the house to have drinks on the terrace and swim in the pool. Villa in excellent condition and everything worked well incl aircon, WiFi and sat TV. Great pool, terrace and garden outside- all well maintained. Walkable to shops, restos and beach. Why they chose this property

The villa is rather new; first used 2004. A traditional Andalucia style with terraces and balconies; built so that most of the year you do not need AC H/C. Very good planning; architecture and equipped like your home or much better than a traditional rental villa.

What makes this property unique

Near to several international schools and therefore very attractive to maxirents of 7-10 weeks. It is away from noisy beach and club areas, but at the same time easily reachable to urb centre and beaches.
