A comfy living room with stone fireplace has a flat screen TV and digital music channels for your enjoyment. The elegant dining area accommodates eight to ten and overlooks the deck.

The main level has a beautiful master bedroom with a King size bed, full bath with Jacuzzi and French doors leading to the main level deck with a tiki bar!

The house features two spacious decks, one on the main level and one on the lower level, which both span the width of the house and overlook a tranquil cove.

From the decks, the yard slopes downward towards the water with a path leading to a single covered boat dock that's also a party/sun deck with gorgeous views of the cove leading to the Chattahoochee river and lake.

The setting is perfect for all your water activities too. You can bring your boat or rent one nearby. The easy access boat ramp is only a half mile away. Spend your day boating, fishing or swimming, or just relax and enjoy yourself!

The game room was designed for fun in mind with a pool table, flat screen TV and a dinette that doubles as a card table.
