Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)
This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.
Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.
This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.
It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.
Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.
Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.
Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

Why they chose this property
We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.
What makes this property unique
Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
