This charming, beachfront condo is truly a home away from home. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the only thing this unit is missing is you!
The living room offers ample seating, flat-screen tv, sleeper sofa, and balcony access. The fully stocked kitchen has all cooking essentials and the dining area has seating for six at the table and two at the bar.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a brand new mattress (as of Feb 2023), flat-screen tv, private ensuite with shower/tub combo, and best of all, balcony access with a beach view!
Each guest room features a queen bed and flat-screen tv. The guest bath is conveniently located right between the two guest rooms and offers a shower/tub combo.
This property has everything you and your family need to enjoy your beach getaway! There are three pools (large outdoor, outdoor kiddie, and heated indoor), two hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), a fitness center, a sauna, tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and is located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Our staff at Beach Life Vacation Rentals are here to help you plan the best vacation!!

Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Vehicles must be registered prior to arrival via a link provided in your check-in instructions. Parking passes are $50 per vehicle per stay. Max of 2 vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change without notice.
* A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* According to the ADA :"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities"
- "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
* Service dogs must stay with the guest at all times and cannot be left in the unit unattended.

Best Family Get Away!!

Loved our stay at this condo! Room for everyone. Beds comfy! Has sleeper sofa, we didn't use it. Good balcony furniture. Close to Walmart market and Publix. We like to cook a big breakfast to start our day. Kitchen stocked fairly well, we made do. Addressed it with management, new skillet to be added. :) Defiantly would stay here again, when coming to Orange Beach.

Family time

The condo looked clean but when shoes were taken off, all of our feet were black. I would have wet mopped but nothing was available. I did sweep daily for sand and vacuumed. I would recommend having some child appropriate games available. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Great getaway

We love Orange Beach. This was our second trip down there. This property was in a great location. The unit itself was clean (except for a few items in the kitchen). The elevator was super hot - thankfully we only had to take to the 5th floor. Not sure if something was not working or if there is no AC in the elevator. One thing I wish we had known before we left is that the entire front of the property is claimed by a chair rental company. The first morning we woke up and the chairs/umbrellas were three rows deep. We had to set up in front of the property next door. There was communication that this was available but I had no clue that would be the only option if we wanted to see the water.
