Good value for a nice functional place. Not much in the way of amenities, but reasonable walk to the beach and a very short drive to the ferry. No a/c in one of the bedrooms, but fans were able to help us sleep.

Not good value for the money

The accommodations are not great. Lighting is dimmer than indicated by the pictures. Trash was overflowing outside the garage and attracted unwanted wildlife. Cleanliness was not thorough as we saw cobwebs in the cabinets. Bedding is also very dated and not comfortable. I would not stay again.

We were the first to “stay” in this home. I had actually asked ahead of time about why there were no reviews and they told me because we would be the first renters so it would be nice and clean and ready for a great experience. It looked like it hadn’t been touched for 30 years. We actually left the first night before midnight after the old shower handle, broke off of the shower. Fortunately, we were able to find another place to stay. I have never had a problem before and I have stayed in many VRBOs. Vacasa, the management company, finally did refund my money after about a month and numerous phone calls to VRBO. I recommended to VRBO that they remove this listing as it did not reflect the quality of the VRBOs I have stayed in in the past.
