Very nice remodeled unit

The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This unit is nicely remodeled. We rented it for my mother in last year. Over the past year is has went down hill a bit. When we checked in the slide for the drawer in the dresser was laying in the bottom of the dresser and the comforter on the bed was dirty and had a bad odor. The front office was quick to get the drawer repaired and the comforter washed but the unit itself was not cleaned properly. The bathroom door had handprints from dirty hands and the kitchen cabinets had greasy splash marks on them that we wiped off. We also found old receipts and hair ties from prior guests in the bathroom. We had rented a second unit and were able to get some cleaning supplies out of that unit as there were no cleaning supplies in our unit. We were able to just wipe the door and cabinets down. The wash machine also makes a terrible noise on spin cycle. I did let maintenance know about this but was not repaired at the time we had left. Although the beach equipment is not guaranteed the Chairs were in rough shape and the umbrella is broken. Overall, this is a very nice unit and recommended our friends to stay in it. They are there now and also another friend is staying in the unit in May. It just needs some TLC. The condo is in a great location in the complex and the A/C works great.
