The condo has ocean views from every window and great beach access as it is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 1. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This was a wonderful location for our family! It was great to wake up, grab a cup of coffee and then either sit outside on the patio or walk across to the beach. It had everything we needed to make meals, grilling across from the beach is a great way to make dinner! We were extremely happy with the entire stay and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, great location

Very clean and well appointed condo in a good location. Views of an excellent beach (across a somewhat busy road). Walking distance to souvenir shopping and some delicious local eateries. Be sure to walk to Coconut's Fish Cafe for the best fish tacos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the same rental multiple years, always very clean. Seems like they are always remodeling super good views of the ocean close to restaurants everything you could possibly need. Lots of areas of good feedback, but have only two of negative feedback and that’s what I will address. Not fun to hear the homeless people fighting and screaming during the night in the street in front of the condo some nights were OK. They never seem to bother us. Actually talked with some of them and interacted with them but still at night they can be very disruptive. My main complaint would be at any hour of the day or night locals driving up and down the street with the radios, literally blaring at I don’t know what decimals, but our condo would shake. We could not hear the TV we could not visit we could not play the guitar or anything else. I would think with all of the other laws and restrictions on Maui. They would have some type of a noise, ordinance or enforcement to help control the level of it! Very, very, very annoying. not sure how that issue could be addressed, but I’m sure other guest run into the same issue. I would definitely recommend this property, but I would also let them know what they are in for for noise during the evening and night, but I guess that’s the trade-off for a beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

Great unit and location!

This our first vacation with our one year old and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The layout on the ground floor helped massively with daytime naps, plus being across the street from the beach gave us huge flexibility when managing our schedule around the little one. We used the pool quite a bit and it was great as well! Would recommend this place to any friends or family looking to stay in Kihei!

Great property easy to get to. The beach is right across the street. The apartment is fully equipped but no decent knife to cut veggies or fruit. Can use some more coffee mugs. We will go back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy, Clean & Convenient

Nothing bad to say about this place! Everything was as described and we enjoyed our time at the property! There is traffic noise due to its proximity to the beach and S Kihei Rd but it died down a lot by the time we were ready to sleep so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Feeling the Aloha

Being able to see the ocean from every room was amazing. This unit is in a wonderful condition, very well appointed, and is very walkable to shops and a number of restaurants. As it goes, very walkable locations come with traffic noise, sometimes louder and at other times not so bad. Also, with the blinds open, you see people walking by and they can see you too. That said, I would definitely stay here again. I hope you enjoy your stay.

Great place that allowed for an amazing trip!

This is a great, well equipped condo right across from a beautiful beach. Many great food options within a quick walk and a longer walk or short drive to Kihei. Everything you need was here..plus some amazing cookies and great coffee on arrival that was left for us. The traffic can get a little noisy at times but usually never thought about it. Several amazing beaches within walking and driving distance. Also had great beach chairs and umbrella. Plus they had snorkel gear and boogie boards that we didn’t use. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your incredible place! Truly paradise!

Great condo, great location

Located on the south side of Kihei, this condo is in a great location. Literally across the street from a nice beach. Nearby is a great coffee shop and bakery. Less than a mile to the incredible Kihei Caffe. Two miles to Wailea and its beach and luxury shops. The condo itself is comfy and quiet, even tho the street is close by. It’s a little cozy, I would not recommend more than two couples stay there. Check in was super simple. There is a tiny pool and some barbecues, no other amenities (no workout room, no laundry etc.). Bottom line, we loved it.

A beautiful property.

It’s a beautiful property. Newly remodeled. Everything in it that you need and close to everything. The only drawback was at times. The cars got a little bit loud for me. However all the other conveniences offset it and it wasn’t all the time. Once the doors were closed, he didn’. No interruption of sleep, etc. We definitely come back.

Nice property but noisy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely updated and had everything needed to enjoy our stay including beach umbrella, chairs, masks and snorkels. There was soft soap at every sink, ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash, good quality toilet paper and paper towels. A nice washer and dryer included. The kitchen was well equipped.The only downside is the unit is very close to S Kihei Rd. There is a lot of traffic noise with some drivers going out of their way to make noise (booming radios). The bus stop was also right outside the living room downstairs and master bedroom upstairs and at times seemed to attract unsavory people who at times liked to argue with one another.

Owners have thought of it all! We have stayed in Kihei a few other times, and this was by far the best location. It felt like home (not just a place to visit). Anything we thought we needed was already there. From an excellent stalked kitchen to a closet full of fun beach items. From this location we could walk south and hit three beaches and then leisurely make our way back stopping at fantastic local shops and of course the food choices were amazing. I recommend Coconuts for the best fish tacos, the Cinnamon Roll place, and the best shaved ice was a short walk toward the Worldmark and a cute little van in the food truck line. We even got to see a turtle on the beach right in front of our spot and the sunset is spectacular. Only downfall was we were so close to an ABC Store--haha. I bought so much stuff to bring home I almost had to add another suitcase.

AC worked well, pretty shutter windows, updated everything. 2 outdoor patios with ocean in front of you. The condo has everything you need from beach towels, to chairs, etc. Full kitchen supplies including condiments they leave in fridge. So go to condo first before you shop. Only things of note- hot water heater is small so hot water lasts about 15 mins. It is a busy street so it can be noisy at night and starting at 5 am. The beach is busy so Area is busy. If you want more quiet or private- not the spot. Pillows on bed a bit flat. Other than that- good place. Roomy and great for a few couples or a small family. Rental agency very helpful and flexible. Pool is small, and not too warm. We didn’t care because we were here for ocean

A fabulous location for a Kihei stay

The location is wonderful - you're right across the street from Kamaole 1 beach with the easiest access imaginable from your living room sliding door, and simple access going around by the pool area (just follow the stepping stones). While some may be concerned about South Kihei road and street noise, we found it quiet other than the occasional garbage truck or super-ridiculous automotive sound system. In short, it didn't ruin a moments sleep. The condo is well-appointed and included some very nice and unexpected additions including beach chairs and sand toys for kids, etc. They even provided sunscreen! There's also a pool twenty feet from the door for those afraid of sand, ocean water, the occasional fish, etc. While the kitchen was pretty-darn nice, those of you who prefer to spend their vacation dining out instead of cooking (that'd be me) will find plenty of good restaurants within a reasonable walk, and far more just a short drive away. Simply put - If you're looking to stay in Kihei, you owe it to yourself to check out this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third or fourth time staying at this condo. With the new owners, it is been upgraded very nicely. Super good views of the ocean from all windows in the kitchen and main room. (The windows were pretty dirty, and need to be cleaned more often.) the condo is super close to good restaurants and of course overlooks the beach, so no complaints there! A couple of things to be aware of our, early morning, traffic buses trucks whatever because you are definitely close to everything. Also, we were woke up several times during the night from homeless people on the street being noisy but anywhere in this area you’re going to get that. we never did feel threatened by them.. overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just a walk across the street to the beach!
