This awesome beachfront condo features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin murphy beds. Two full baths ensure everyone has time to clean up for dinner reservations at one of the area's award winning eateries. Or pick up some seafood and eat in while enjoying the breathtaking balcony views. The compact kitchen is well equipped. WIFI is provided in the unit and select area of the property. Enjoy DIRECT ACCESS to the beach. No need to drive or worry about parking. The property also has a well maintained salt water pool with lounge chairs. Gated access, an outdoor grilling area, fitness center, racquet sports, convenient bicycle rentals and App controlled laundry round out your stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Marco Island and our condo has to offer. Your parking fee is paid to the office at South Seas upon check in. It is $100 per vehicle, one time for the full stay.
