Home is located on dead end quiet paved road. Boat Launch at the corner. Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms w/Queen Bed in each room & 1 twin pull out sofa in bedroom #1, Full Bath/Tub, Open Family Room/Kitchen with 52' Flat Screen TV/Wifi/Internet, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Central Air, all kitchen utensils included (coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, blender, mixer, storage bowls/measuring cups) & kitchen table that seats 6 upstairs. A beautiful view over looking the water with a large deck & patio chairs. Lower level has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, open family room with stunning views & 2 Queen size sleeper sofas, kitchen table seating for 6 with a breakfast bar seating for 2 additional people, large buffet counter for serving big meals, additional fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stand up shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, patio doors out to deck with gas BBQ grill and steps leading down to beach, covered pavilion with swing, patio table & chairs, fire pit, new lighted dock/bench for fishing and sandy water to play in. We supply all bedding linens, we also supply towels/hand towels/wash cloths, beach towels (you must wash all towels if used before check out) or you can bring your own towels.
