Spacious Cabin - 5 min walk to Lake George

Our cabin will be closed until April 2024.
This beautiful 4 bed/2 bath house has plenty of room for everyone. This house sleeps 12 comfortably. 2 bedrooms are on the main level and 2 upstairs. Spacious Kitchen and Livingroom. Nice outdoor space to enjoy nature, the firepit and BBQ (grill included). Enjoy a walk around the property that is only 5 mins from Lake George (all sports). There are 2 lake access points, that are a short 5 minute walk, you can wade in or take your small boat/kayak. There is a larger sandy beach near Lake George Boat Launch on Forrest.
Its a 4 mins car ride or 30 min walk.

In the Winter months, Snow Snake ski resort is only 10 mins away. We are 30 mins from Houghton Lake (North) and Mount Pleasant/Midland (South).

We have a large yard that can accommodate 1 RV parking for an additional $100 per stay, includes electric hookup.

WIFI is included. Livingroom and 1st Bedroom have Smart TV's. House is completely furnished (including linens/towels). We provide dishes, appliances, toaster, coffee pot etc.

Spacious Quiet Place in the Woods

A great place to stay and host a dinner or something. We were at the lake for a reunion with family on the other side of the lake so we didn’t need lake access. If you want lake access you will need to look elsewhere. This was a great place with plenty of room for five adults and three small children. We hosted the extended family for a dinner and had plenty of space in the kitchen and the backyard. The owner’s representative lives next door and was super friendly and helpful. No complaints here!!

Great place to stay

We had a great time. Close to the lake. Will be staying again in the near future. Well worth the stay. Accommodation where very nice. Everyone had a great time.

I feel in love with the area and close access to Lake George. The house offers tons of space for guests to hang and cook. It's a beautiful quiet get away.

What makes this property unique

Lake George is only 10 mins off Highway 127. 30 mins North takes you to Houghton Lake and 30 minutes South takes you to Mount Pleasant. We are between Clare and Harrison if you don't feel like cooking and want to grab a meal out. There are 3 Grocery stores in Harrison (Family Fare, Save A Lot and Steve's meat market)
