My family and I were very pleased with our stay at this home. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The view of the golf course was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. We would also recommend the area for any family function. We were there for my Granddaughter’s wedding and found her selection of venue very impressive. We took a very enjoyable boat tour of the beautiful Lake Lure while there and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. House is in a good location, clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved all the games available on the property. Beds were nice and comfy.

This place was even better than expected. The photos do not do it justice. It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. It has been well cared for, and they truly thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this wonderful cabin! It was very reasonably priced as well. Communication was exceptional. The host checked in throughout the weekend and responded very quickly to any questions.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this mountain getaway. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were hoping for. The house itself was incredible and had everything we needed, with no detail overlooked. The amenities center was fantastic too, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area to keep us busy. On top of all that, the host was outstanding, with great communication throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Pines in Lake Lure! The house was perfect for our family of six—very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made it especially nice for our family.The host was wonderful and very responsive whenever I had a question. Communication was easy and appreciated throughout our stay.One of our favorite things about the property was having access to the Rumbling Bald amenities. We really enjoyed being able to take advantage of everything the area had to offer, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our recent stay was better than expected. We play in annual ladies tournament at the resort. This exceeded our expectations!!! Jennifer communicated all necessary information to us plus was available in responding to some of our questions. We were really sad to leave…the views, the comfort, and special added touches making our stay perfect.

Golden Pines was wonderful! Plenty of room, beautiful views, and easy access to Rumbling Bald, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, and Asheville. Clean and updated! Our host, Jennifer, was easy to reach and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. There were so many extras-instructions for how to use the fire pit and fireplace; the makings for s’mores; fully-stocked kitchen and laundry room…the list goes on and on! It was the perfect getaway for our family of five and we hope to go back again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Lake Lure. This home..Golden Pines.. had everything we needed. It was beautiful inside and outside--and was on hole 3 of Apple Valley golf course. The view was great!! There was more than enough room for my family of 4. There were TVs were in every room. The kitchen was stocked well. There were so many games for the family to play, including corn hole boards. The area has several good restaurants that we enjoyed. And we went on the Lake Lure cruise. That was one of our favorite things we did. The listing to this place was accurate. The rates for the golf were higher than listed, but we went in July-peak season for golf. Our host, Jennifer, was really good. She communicated so well with us. I highly recommend Golden Pines. We made some great memories there!
