Welcome to our charming boutique apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom. Centrally-located near popular attractions! Only a short walk to Calle Ocho! Also located by Little Havana, South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell Centre, and many more popular attractions! Even the Florida Keys is just over an hour's drive!



Conveniently located Only 14 minutes away from Miami International Airport and in the center of it all! Come and experience the best of what Miami has to offer here in South Florida.



The Space:

Our home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, cozy living room, and two comfortable bedrooms with one full size bathroom. The backyard is shared with another unit and has many of the creature comfort's folks look for when traveling.

Only one parking spot. The parking is shared with other guests.



There are other units on the property, and it is “Noise Sensitive”. It is very important to keep All Noise Levels Down.



If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play loud music, or make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the home for you.



Absolutely no noise after 10pm.
