Very clean, new, spacious condo with everything we needed for a few days. Lovely decor and layout. Would love to have stayed longer! Great location, walkable to the waterfront park, shops, and Kaseya Center. Wonderful amenities as well - wish we had more time to take advantage. As far as the building, the rooftop pool looks like a hot tub though it is not heated. There is street noise, as it is a low floor, and the basketball courts are directly across the hall. Not bad, but worth considering. Parking included was a much-appreciated perk! Great place - would stay again!

Nice, new apartment in great downtown location. Very comfortable and all needed amenities. Only negative is that we only had hot water 2 of the 3 days. The building is new so it was a building issue and not a host issue. Seemed to be fixed on our last day. Host is very helpful and responsive. Easy parking included with stay. Would recommend.

Stayed for 7 days. I really don’t have any complaints. Everything was great. Amenities were great and were the main reason I booked here. Just a couple FYIs: the condo is right across from the basketball court so you will hear balls bouncing early morning and late into the night. Gym is also on the same floor, which was great. The condo is on the third floor of a 36 story building so it would’ve been nice to be a little higher up but that’s clearly stated in the listing. This is in the business district of downtown Miami. No clubs or night life. No strip. There are a couple of food shops within walking distance, but for the most part, most of the stores and shops are closed/boarded up. Ross and Burlington are the shops within walking distance. The area is relatively quiet and I felt safe. Front desk staff was friendly. Host was great. We generally cleaned but there weren’t any rules like, take the bedding off or wash the towels or empty all trash cans, and cut the grass (LOL) which was a relief! Parking garage is close by. Overall, I would highly recommend. Thanks!

The apartment was great - location was close to a lot of sights, it was very clean, there were plenty of amenities (sheets, pillows, dishwasher detergent, washer fluid, etc.), Netflix, beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were awesome, the workout facility was top notch, my boys loved the bball court, honestly the ONLY reason this is not a 10 is the weekend noise, there are clubs in the area so between 2-5am was noisy, with cars racing up and down, fire/police trucks, etc. My husband was able to sleep through it, but I couldn’t sleep through it. I did not receive check-in instructions on time, but I could have asked for them sooner, so that could have been my fault. But aside from that, it was great. My two boys loved it.

This is a great location, the staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities. The rooftop lounge was awesome with beautiful views. The host communicated well.

Property was clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. There’s not much in the immediate neighborhood so we were glad we had a car; the neighborhood seems to be in a transition though we were told it was perfectly safe and it seemed to be. The building amenities are great - beautiful fitness center. Apartment is right across from the basketball court which was used late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. Not great for light sleepers (and there’s street noise as well). Overall, a nice apartment that’s reasonably priced.

A really nice place in a great location for Miami. Rooftop pool and views are great, and the place felt like it was brand new. The gym has everything you’d need, plus an indoor basketball court. I would stay here again.
