"Sea wind 217". This comfortable holiday home is located in Strandpark Ostseebad Baabe in an exclusive location. Enjoy the fantastic scenery of sea, beach, dune and forest. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea is just a few meters at your doorstep. The beach is wide, fine-sanded and offers a shallow access to the water, so that even the little ones can bathe carefree.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.

In the place Baabe you go 5 minutes on foot. There you will find many pretty little shops, restaurants and cafes. Here you can discover something new every day. In the evening, wellness in the whirlpool and the sauna - peace and quiet to let your body and soul "hang out". Combined with the healthy, maritime stimulating climate of the island and our lavish allergy-friendly house, you have the opportunity to leave stress and bustle at home.

As the Baabe seaside resort, located in a shallow bay, benefits from a low-pollutant climate, clean sea air and mild moderate winds, the natural conditions for allergy sufferers are absolutely ideal.

In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace "in the green", in winter with an exciting book and a tea in the gallery, enjoy the view of the snowy pines, or end the day with a good glass of red wine in front of the stove. All this and much more is offered by our beautiful beach house "Seewind".

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed. An electric grill is available and can be found in the shed.

In the Baabe region and on the island of Rügen you will find a variety of business opportunities. What you should not miss: 1. Hallo, leider hat dieses Haus jeglichen Charme verloren. Das Haus gleicht einer Jugendherberge, alles zusammen gewürfelt und nichts schönes. Leider sieht man es auch an der Inneneinrichtung, dass das Haus schon fast 20 Jahre alt ist. Möbel fleckig und unter sauber versteht man etwas anderes. Es ist nicht in unserem Sinne, gleich nach Ankunft den Duschkopf zu reinigen oder die Kaffeemaschine zu entkalken. Man bezahlt viel Geld und dann sollte es auf jedenfall besser sein. Dieses Haus sieht uns leider nicht wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Eine durch uns verursachte Verschmutzung auf dem Sessel haben wir leider übersehen, weshalb uns die Kaution bisher noch nicht erstattet wurde. Leider wurden uns in diesem Zusammenhang auch Verschmutzungen, die bereits im Vorfeld vorhanden waren, angekreidet, z.B. Flecken auf Polstermöbeln, Staub- und Sandansammlungen unter den Sofapolstern, welche sich niemals innerhalb von drei Tagen hätten ansammeln können.Der Urlaub sensibilisiert mich folgernd hieraus, künftig jede noch so kleine Verschmutzung anzuzeigen.Die Sauna hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Alles schien perfekt… bis nach drei Tagen das toipapier ausging… Das sollte nicht passieren… es gehört zur Grundausstattung noch mehr als Spüli oder Waschlappen… Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ruhe ist unglaublich toll!

Das Haus war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war super und direkt am Meer mit schönem Sandstrand. In der Umgebung kann man einige Unternehmungen machen (auch mit kleinen Kindern). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Lage aber leider ungepflegt

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren nach Baabe, ein so ungepflegtes Haus hatten wir aber noch nicht. Wie schon andere Bewertungen aussagen, liegt das Objekt sehr schön. Allerdings ist es schon ziemlich abgewohnt und unsauber. Auffällig sind insbesondere Flecken auf dem Sofabezug, dreckiges Geschirr, Dreckweben im Haus ( z. B. Balken oberhalb des Esstisches), die Duschkabine ist gerade im Scharnierbereich schmuddelig, die Ein- und Auslässe des Whirlpools haben dunkle Ränder, vom Badschrank löst sich das Dekor, die Kaffeemaschine schaltet sich von selbst ab, der Abfluss der Dusche läuft nur sehr langsam ab (keine Reparatur trotz Anzeige), im Kaminofen fehlt der Drehrost und im Whirlpool war der Stopfen vom Abfluss kaputt, man konnte ihn nicht richtig schließen, so dass der Whirlpool nicht nutzbar war (auch hier keine Mängelbeseitigung trotz Anzeige). Angesichts des Preises, der für das Objekt aufgerufen wird, kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen bisher gemieteten Häusern ist dieses auch recht lieblos eingerichtet. Auch ist das Schlafzimmer im EG sehr dunkel und man hat Mühe zu erkennen, was in den Schränken liegt. Überhaupt ist angesichts der Unmengen sonstiger Sachen in den Schränken kaum Platz für die eigenen Klamotten. Wir mussten hier erstmal umräumen und alles woanders hinpacken, um genügend Platz für unsere Sachen zu haben. Gleichwohl bleibt der Dünenpark für uns ein super Urlaubsort, aber dieses Objekt wird nicht mehr.

Objektzustand/Sauberkeit

Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren immer wieder nach Baabe und mieten eines der Ferienhäuser im Strandpark an. Bislang waren alle Häuser in einem guten Zustand! Das Haus Seewind 217 hatten wir um ersten Mal und auch zum letzten Mal gebucht! Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nur notdürftig geputzt. Der Boden klebte und wir haben dreckiges Geschirr vorgefunden. Eine der Bettdecken hatte gelbe Flecken. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Die Hausverwaltung hat den Abfluss gleich nach unserer Beschwerde gereinigt. Die Auswechslung der Bettdecke wurde „vergessen“! Während unseres Aufenthalts ging dann auch noch der Wasserhahn in der Küche kaputt. Auch hier erfolgte am selben Tag eine Reparatur. Insgesamt machte das Haus keinen guten Eindruck: Im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss fehlt an der Tür ein Stück Teppich, so dass man den kaputten Estrich sehen konnte. Im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss roch es sehr unangenehm, vor allem wenn man den Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens betätigte. Alle Heizofen im Haus waren verdreckt. Das Bett im oberen Bereich knarrte bei jeder Bewegung! Wohlfühlurlaub geht anders. Wir sind von diesem Objekt sehr enttäuscht. Und können von einer Anmietung nur abraten! Auch sollte es gerade in Zeiten von Corona selbstverständlich sein, das Ferienhaus vor Ankunft neuer Gäste vollständig zu reinigen.

Super Sommer

Eine Traumwoche an der Ostsee, Glück gehabt jeden Tag Sonne, die kann man natürlich nicht buchen, aber das Haus ist ein Traum. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand ist es kein Problem wenn man etwas vergessen hat, oder mal eine Pause von der Sonne machen möchte. Auch die Innenausstattung ist toll, (mit PlayStation für den einzigen verregneten Vormittag zur Freude der Kinder) und ein iPod Radio, dass die ganze Familie zufrieden machte weil die alten und neuen iPhones angedockt werden konnten. Ein Dank an die Vermieter für ein nettes Haus, wir kommen wieder. Gisela

Sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Geräte und Küchenausstattungen sind vorhanden, die man im Urlaub braucht bis hin zum Wlan Router. Die Lage in den mondänen Strandbädern ist sehr schön, so dass man auch mit dem Rad Ausflüge machen kann.

Winterurlaub

Hallo, Wir haben eine Winterwoche (November) hier verbracht. Das Haus an sich ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. An die Heizregelung des Ofens musste man sich zwar etwas gewöhnen, der Rest hat für 6 Personen aber völlig ausgereicht. Austattung war top und auch das Feuerholz stand nach Anfrage sofort bereit. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Nähe zu den anderen Häusern. Hier kann man seinem Nachbarn quasi die Hand reichen. Im Winter passt es noch, da nicht so viel los ist, im Sommer sicherlich etwas störend... Nur einen Sprung von der Ostsee.

Ein helles, freundliches Haus mit ausreichend Platz drumherum. Man ist in 2 min. zu Fuß am Strand. Ein ruhiges Refugium auch bei viel Trubel am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, das Ambiente lmit persönlicher Note und nicht zu unpersönlich. Baabe und Göhren sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Brötchen gibts um die Ecke. Ideales Strandurlaubs-Domizil für Familien mit Kindern.
