This Westford cottage is walking distance to beach! Has 2 inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. The cozy space includes a bathroom with tub/shower, and washer/dryer. Includes an additional loft area with a full bed and a twin bed. A superb retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax.
Parking for two cars at cottage and guest parking lot also available

Includes Two heated pools(1 adult only & 1 kids pool) plus kids wading pool and giant adult hot tub. Large beach area with lifeguards the majority of the time, and floating dock. Includes outdoor activities with tennis, basketball courts, pickle ball and fully equipped gym.
Includes Lodge, with full restaurant, and bar as well as pool table. Frequently scheduled Live music on weekends and lots of fun activities for children throughout the summer.
Clean comfortable cottage, recently renovated. Includes cable TV and streaming services. Well stocked kitchen. Golf cart available for easy access to all amenities, although all within walking distance from cottage.
Quiet peaceful area of Summer village

We really enjoyed our short vacation in Summer Village. The cottage was clean and very homey. It was just a short walk to the pool and lake. It was perfect for our kids and my elderly mom alike. Bettina was very responsive with answering questions.

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. Bettina had amazing transparency the entire process from looking at the property to book through checking out. The unit itself is gorgeous and immaculate, the neighborhood is extremely friendly, and the amenities of the area are unlimited for both children and adults alike! We will be back next year and will be booking the same unit. I highly recommend this for adults and children of all ages!!!

Charming Cottage

Summer was the most amazing place. It is so charming. It has everything you could want. A cool restaurant, a General Store, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, a gym, two pools and a hot tub. It is also complete with a beach are and a large pond/lake that has canoe and kayaks available. Another perk is the gated community. The cottage was charming, super comfortable, and stocked with anything you could possibly want. It is also conveniently located to other attractions. The owner was super sweet and helpful. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!
