Welcome to your perfect RVA stay! Nestled in a prime central location south of the river, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. Both bedrooms boast king-sized beds for ultimate relaxation, while the bright and spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. If you want a place where you DON'T have to worry about cleanliness issues, odd maintenance defects or inexperienced hosts, this is it. Great for extended work stays (big office with printer and scanner) or even in-town stays while you renovate.

If you are a traveler that just wants a reliable and quiet situation, look no further. One room is on the first floor with it's own full bath and the other in the loft area, also with it's own full bath. Both bedrooms have large king beds (all bedding provided) and are equipped with mounted Smart TVs.

**Of Note : the owner keeps his two cars here while he travels internationally. No worries though, they are tucked in the back of the driveway. We use our two trash and recycling containers as separation and the rest of the driveway is open for guest use, fitting 2-3 cars.

Great short term rental!

We were longtime residents of RVA and relocated and now come back 3-4 times a year to visit friends and family. This is the best short term rental that we have come across. Photos on website were very accurate to what we found in the house, clean, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a great location for our needs. (Our old house is less than a mile away) This will be our go to spot for future trips.
