Cute small (studio apartment) setting in a quiet well off the road area of Lebanon, TN. Good location for our trip purpose to visit friends. Welcoming to our 2 pups. There were 2 other dogs that apparently live on site as they were not leashed, but both were friendly to both humans and other dogs. No issues with the stay.

Perfect Place for a Quiet Weekend

If you want a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, this is it. The studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet…it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for.This location is also great if you want to visit Nashville without having to deal with Nashville traffic and prices.The property owners are very friendly and invested in making sure their guests enjoy their stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a weekend away from the regular grind…and this is the first place I’ll look for next time I visit the area.

Clean and comfortable place

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. If you are staying in the summer time the AC doesnt get very cold and there wasnt a fan in the room. Guest should plan to bring their own water as there is only 1 bathroom sink for water. Also, if you are booking with pets the cleaning fee may not show up when you book so double check to make sure the pet cleaning fee is included before you book. The host reach out to you for a separate payment otherwise, which is totally understandable, just something that could have been avoided if I had known. Over alll we were very happy with the stay!

Thanks for staying. If you didn’t know how to work the air conditioner why didn’t you just ask us to help you? All you have to do is push the blow button that represents COLD and it will blow you completely out of that room I promise you. One simple message could help that. You get to control the thermostat. Turn it on and turn it down. You had the fan blowing only. The pet fee always shows up when you’re booking on the front end not the back end. All you have to do is click the pet button when you’re booking it on the front end. If you do not do it on the front end yes, we will message you to try to collect the pet fee. Thank you for paying that. We didn’t realize you had a pet until we seen it. Why should guest plan on bringing their own water? There’s a faucet. Have you ever stayed in a hotel, there’s only one faucet in the bathroom? Not sure what the problem here is, but there is a great water source like any hotel. Becky messaged us that she had a great time. Not sure why the 3 stars but when you don’t know how to operate something, just ask for help instead of leaving 3 stars for not knowing how to turn on the air. Thanks for coming
