This beautifully appointed home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind, Haven of Rest offers an inviting space to unpack, unwind, and unplug. Elegant quartz countertops adorn both the bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything needed—whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a fresh seafood feast. The spacious living room is a haven of comfort, with plush furnishings and ample seating for everyone. Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Parking
Haven of Rest has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited in this community.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
