When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. We will respond back to you immediately. We do require that our guests openly communicate with us as we do our best to provide top notch host-guest communications.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at SandPearl 30A. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. SandPearl 30A is a family oriented property.

Our stay was excellent from checking in to departure and everything in between. The condo was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities you would want. It was a great location as well. Can’t wait to come back!
The property is nice and right across from the restaurants and shopping. There are lots of guidelines and rules to follow so be prepared for that element. It was very spacious and clean for 6 adults.

Beautiful property with everything you need for the week. Golf cart, bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, towels, chairs and a cool cabana - all that is needed for a beach trip, just bring your swim suit! Thank you - we will certainly return!
Our family truly enjoyed the house amenities and the property. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! I would say, though, that since all bedrooms are upstairs older visitors may experience difficulty with the stairs. Overall, a great family vacation!
Our stay at The Sandpearl was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 5. Aleisia and Eric were wonderful hosts. They were always available and communication was easy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach, including toys, chairs, canopies, etc. The golf cart was a huge hit with our kids! Walking distance to the pool, The Big Chill and less than a mile from our favorite hang out, Coastside 30a! We will definitely be back!
Beautiful house with all the things you need, just have to get grocery. The owner/host thought of everything! Beautifully decorated and had all the fun beach items for the kids and all the needed gear for a fun day at the beach. This rental is a gem! Just show up with groceries and you are set for a fabulous vacation! The host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Check in/out was a breeze. Thank you for a fantastic relaxing weekend trip!
The property had everything you'd need for a stay at the beach. The hosts were very responsive. Very clean which was important to me. It's a quick golf cart ride to the public beach access which was so nice!
The only negatives would be that it advertised a gym which is no longer there. Also, there were painters at our house all day everyday which was a little uncomfortable. We had to leave all the blinds shut and couldn't utilize the patio.
The duplex was very clean and decorated very nice and neat. The living room and kitchen were a nice size and very cute. We did not cook while staying there, but the kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The master bedroom was a nice size and had a great bathroom/closet. However, the other 2 bedrooms are very small and all the bedrooms are close together and not sound proof. If you have small children it would be perfect- but if you are traveling with older children or other adults, it is very tight and could be noisy.The back porch is very small and doesn't have alot of seating. We sat on the porch one evening but had to bring out chairs from the kitchen. There is no privacy on the back porch as it faces all other units.The pool area is very nice and large.The bikes and LSV are great and we used them to go to The Big Chill, Seaside, the beach and even to Publix.The distance to the beach access is a little longer than stated on the VRBO description. However, if you are able to take the LSV, it isn't too far.Overall, we loved the unit and had a great time. I would highly recommend for a small family with young or school age kids!
Beautiful home. Nicely decorated, super clean and location is perfect. Bike ride to pool and the big chill made it so easy. Golf cart was nice. We drove our own vehicle to beaches. Parking and crowding was an issue, so if y’all are capable of riding bikes to beaches that would be easiest. But I recommend getting to beaches before 9 for parking and set up. Dear park was our favorite. Seemed less crowded and the 5-10 walk to get there from parking lot is beautiful! The home had beach towels, beach chairs, canopy, boards, sand toys and etc. So this home has it all! We really didn’t have to bring anything but groceries. Keurig, toaster, tubberware, seasonings, pots, pans..etc. Furniture was a little uncomfortable. Including the master bedroom mattress but I think thats just personal preference. We didn’t spend too much time sitting down anyway! We loved this home and its location, highly recommended renting!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. The location was terrific as well. A short walk to The Hub was great for my family. The bikes were great to have as well with all of the bike paths around. A short trip to the beaches - we really enjoyed the natural beauty of Deer Park beach area and also East Lake Beach. The property managers were very responsive and on top of everything and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.
This property is so much more than pictured. This place deserves 5+ stars! They had every single thing you could think to need for the beach, every thing to cook etc. Very clean, very nice pool, super handy golf cart, close to so many things. You will not regret booking this place!
This property was located in the perfect spot for our family. Our teenage girls loved that it was just across the street from The Hub. It made their multiple daily runs for snow cones quite convenient. The golf cart was also a wonderful added bonus, as it made getting to and from different locations a breeze. The neighborhood was nice and quite with a very relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again.
This was the perfect place to celebrate my 56th Birthday. The property vastly exceeded our expectations. The Rouses were the perfect managers and throughly prepared us for our stay.

Hi my name is Wendy Ross and I am the original Owner of SandPearl 30A. I reside most of the year in Kennebunk, Maine. I visited 30A in November 2018 and fell in love with the area especially the natural beauty, white sandy beaches and the beautiful gulf waters.
I own a Day Spa in Maine and prior to that I worked in the hospitality industry for Starwood Hotels including Sheraton and Westin. When choosing the decor for SandPearl 30A, I incorporated spa touches and coloring to give my townhome a feeling of rest, relaxation and renewal.
My favorite things to do when visiting 30a are getting lots of fresh air, walking on the beach and trying some new cuisine. I also love to visit some of the natural wonders of 30A including Deer Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park.
Knowing how hectic life can be, I understand the need to get away, relax, refresh and spend time with loved ones. I have tried to include rental offerings of things I would like if I were a guest, including a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, comfy beds (Kasper mattresses!), fine linens and towels, 5 beach cruiser bikes and a brand new 6-person lithium powered golf cart.
