Great Intercoastal Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay of 3 months in Golden Bay unit 408. The views were the highlight for us. The unit itself is nice, but somewhat dated and shows significant signs of wear and tear. Andrea at AYP was fantastic!The location is convenient to the beach, shops, grocery store and shopping. The building is well maintained and the parking facilities are good. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in an awesome location. It has a nice balcony and you can see many ships passing by. The pool and hot tub were very clean and at nice temperatures. We had an older person with us with mobility issues and it was difficult for him because the furniture did not have any arms to help him get up. There were also only 4 sets of dishes and no grilling utensils.
