Overall wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Easy access to beach, parks for children and stores. You get to be on the beach without the crazyness. The only minor inconvenience was wifi wasn't always functional.

Nice stay in Sunny Isles

Nice 2 bedroom condo close to Collins Ave. Very walkable area for leisure, food and exercise. Great communication with the property manager prior to the trip and during. A few extra dishwasher tabs were provided on request and thank you for that. The floor cleaning products can use an upgrade. Would stay here again; great location, quiet neighbourhood and a condo that suited our needs.

Great location and the view

First of all the check in was very easy. Andrea met us literally at the gate, assisted with the parking and took us upstairs to show the unit. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is great, not far from shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had towels, beach chairs and umbrella available. The unit was stocked with necessities. We would stay again while in the area in the future.

Overall the apartment and building was very nice. Andrea was there to greet is and was really nice. The only thing was that there was quite loud music every night from a club across the bay. Also I sent a message through vrbo if we could leave a day earlier but no one responded.

Great location and neighborhood

A really nice apartment, nice to be able to walk to a good supermarket, shopping and the beach. The agency responded real fast when we had a request. A little minus is, that you do hear the noise from the cars on the bridge when you sit on the balcony and yes the architect did design the top of railing much to thick, so it interferes with the lovely view when you sit on the balcony .

Wonderful stay in Sunny Islrs

We loved our month stay in Sunny Isles. The condo was great. Spacious, great location, large pool, well stocked fitness center, convenient garage parking. The location was perfect for long walks, local eateries and many trips to Miami and Miami Beach. The unit could have more dishes, serving bowls and cooking utensils. There were only two of us but four people would not have enough. Otherwise than being told what to do with the keys upon check out, we were given no check out information. That communication could have been better. No other concerns!

Reviewer Comments: The only thing I would add is that the kitchen needs to be better equipped, the lighting in the kitchen is very dim and the patio furniture is sparse. There is only 1 table and 5 chairs and the chairs are too low to take advantage of the view. You need chairs that sit high or loungers that sit low, otherwise the patio railing is in your way. We rent a lot of vacation homes and are used to condos being extremely well equipped with kitchen, coolers, beach wear, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit! The space itself is very spacious and has great potential — I loved how open and comfortable it felt. It’s in a great location and had everything I needed for a convenient stay.That said, the unit could really benefit from a major facelift and a deep, thorough cleaning. Some areas felt a bit worn and overlooked, which took away from the overall experience. The couch was very worn and the arm chair was covered as it was also worn and dirty underneath. The drier had so much lint backed up in it that my dad had to clean it out himself. The bedding did have some yellow stains on them as well. With a little more attention to detail and upkeep, this place could easily be a five-star stay. I’d consider coming back if those improvements were made!

Sunny Isles Beach Trip

Property was clean and location was great with walking distance proximity to beach, restaurants and groceries. Bathroom fan in hall bath didn't work and water pressure was poor in that shower; reported to management but never heard from maintenance. Would have appreciated a couple of more cereal bowls to avoid running dishwasher every day; there were only 4 bowls and 3 of us. Also would have appreciated a cookie sheet for heating things up in the oven. We still enjoyed our stay but these little things could have made the stay perfect.
