Hayes Hideaway, 'The PERFECT Lakeside Getaway'

The perfect vacation rental where family and friends come together to share and create new memories. This beautiful three story family style lake house is located just minutes from great restaurants and other attractions including Ember Woodfire Grill, Mark’s Leisure Time Marina, Deer Run Winery and more. Having 200 feet of water frontage makes it an ideal spot for the perfect gathering place where you can dock your boat and have some fun. To protect our guests more we are in process of purchasing electrostatic disinfectant sprayer for whole house to be as clean as possible. We want our guests to feel they are at home on a beautiful lake.

As you make your way into the 2nd floor main entrance you are welcomed into the kitchen stocked with all your basic needs which then leads into an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, and attached full bath with laundry room. There is A/C, heat, a gas fireplace, two sleeper queen size sofas, cable, WiFi, Netflix, Wii and board games. The three sliding glass doors leads to the deck where you can sit back and enjoy the view of some awesome sunsets.

Heading upstairs to the third floor you will find 5 bedrooms one of which has 2 sets of bunk beds. There are linen's, towels and a new full bath with stand-up shower for your convenience..

The lower floor has a bar/game area which includes a foosball table. Down there you will also find a half bath, an extra fridge, and direct access to the outdoor ground level which leads you right to the lake.

Outside we have comfortable seating; two pergolas, a hammocks, a fire pit, a grill, propane, kayaks, life jackets and plenty of room for camping and some outdoor fun.
