Sleeps 7- King Primary, Queen Loft, Full Size Bunk Beds + twin, 2 Full Bathrooms

The Mogul Hut is a 3rd (Top) floor condo with vaulted ceilings, skylight, remodeled kitchen, stone fireplace, King bed primary, upper floor Loft w/Queen bed, Full Size Bunk Room w/extra twin and 2 full bathrooms.

The balcony has views of Buffalo Mountain, Peak 1, and many more as well as a creek flowing down just below. We are walking distance to the Frisco bike path and only a 1/2 mile from downtown Frisco and free Summit County shuttle. We are in Building C, which is the closest you can be to the clubhouse that features an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, racquetball / pickleball, sauna, steam room, laundry, and locker rooms. There is also an outdoor tennis court, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pit. The hiking and biking are right out the back door and Main St. Frisco is only a 1/2 walk.

The remodeled clubhouse, complimentary for our renters, has several indoor features: a large pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, locker rooms, workout room and a racquetball / pickleball court. There are three large outdoor hot tubs, as well as an outdoor tennis court - each within walking distance. The clubhouse has both washers and dryers.

For getting around and enjoying the sights, the Summit Stage bus system, serving all Summit County towns and ski resorts, is both convenient and free!

Perfect adventure vacation spot

The property owner and management company were great. The condo exceeded our expectations. Eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the mountains and listening to the babbling Brook can't be quantified until you do see it. very well equipped kitchen... even had sugar oil salt and pepper coffee and coffee filters. Would definitely come again.

This condo is a comfy and convenient spot for all mountain adventures! The kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the hot tubs after a day of playing in the snow.

Nick has a very nice place in Frisco! I recommend it! The bedroom furniture is way nicer than many rental places. The kitchen is a great size and well-stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and basic supplies. Often places only have a set of 4 plates, 4 cups... But this place has enough for a group to use and to fill the dishwasher. The deck is nice with a great view. The fireplace is cozy. The local property manager is great to work with and replies to any questions quickly and professionally. Nick was generous and even let us have a late checkout so the non-skiers could wait for the skiers to come down from the slopes, (since no one else had booked it right after us). We'd be happy to stay here again. Oh. and the beds in the bunk room are double size, also referred to as twin size. So 2 young kids could fit in each one. In our case, we had a teenager in each one.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Overall quiets. The clubhouse amenities were very nice. Location was great with easy access within Frisco and to Breck. The listing could have included that there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but would be necessary for some to know. It also should make very clear that the door locks immediately upon latching. We were locked out while unloading - (phone with the long passcode was locked inside). We called the number on the listing, but no one answered - apparently the listing contact information is incorrect. We ended up getting help within about 15 minutes, but it wasn't ideal. Generally, the space could have been cleaned better. It smelled like cooking oils and overall, just not very good. Even after airing it out, the space just smelled. The kitchen backsplash and other surfaces were visibly dirty, there were crumbs and other food on the kitchen floor. Fake floral decor throughout the condo was very dusty. The master bed, while comfortable, had what appeared to be clean sheets - but they had stains on them. The kitchen had a hodge podge of utensils and cookware - some broken. The carpet is needing replaced. We had to replace smoke detector battery, and one of the carbon monxide detectors was dead. Also had to replace a light bulb over the island. We might stay here again, but would really expect cleaner.

Close to all the skiing, but away from the hustle and bustle

2nd time we have stayed at this complex. We love Frisco's quiet vibe, but still has everything we need. So easy to get to, and in the heart of Summit County skiing. We will be back!

We have been living in Colorado since 1994, originally from the mid-west (Wisconsin and Kansas) and have always dreamed of owning a place in the mountains. This year our dream came true and we'd love to share it with you when we're not up here ourselves. We currently live in a suburb of Denver with our 2 great kids.

Why they chose this property

The location has always been our favorite as there are so many winter and summer activities to do here. We love downtown Frisco as well.

There is a great kids' hike out the back door, across the stream, past a playground and up the mountain to a lake. We took our very young kids on it years ago with no problem.

Mountain Side is the best complex in Frisco and Frisco is our favorite mountain town close to almost all of the major ski resorts.

What makes this property unique

Incredible views, paths and location with great amenities right next to the clubhouse, stream and sand volleyball court. The kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and flooring are now 100% renovated. Being the middle unit of this building and being on the top floor, there is very little foot traffic and it is very peaceful and quiet. The stream just below the back balcony is one of the best amenities in the warmer months.
