The house was nice overall, great location but not very clean There was hair found everywhere, dust everywhere, dirty dishes in the cupboard with clean dishes, doors didnt close tight, multiple outlets DO NOT work and are hanging from wall. All of these things were an inconvenience for my family during our stay. Shannon was a good host.

Our trip and VRBO…just right size, loved the view out the slider….did see a Blue Heron yesterday afternoon. Quiet and peaceful. Suggestion on sheets and towels…use a fragrant free laundry detergent… AC when turns on…very noisy…kept one guest not table to sleep….maybe hand rails up the stairs…

The property and neighborhood was lovely and we felt quite safe there. We very much enjoyed the outside seating (up and downstairs) "waterfalls", ducks, and pool. Sent lots of pics to our grandchild on the east coast. The house could use a bit of TLC (paint, drawer front repairs, sticking doors, etc.) and we had issues with the AC which went up to 80 every evening. Fortunately the outside temps were comfortable so we opened the bedroom sliding door. Shannon was good about responding to our inquiries. Would definitely recommend.

The home appearance was very disappointing. The walls were patched in spots and not even touched up with right color. The bedroom mattress did not even fit the frame to small. The curtains were extremely to long and dragged on the floor. The shower mat in master bathroom was dirty with mold on it. This was a big disappointment for the cost for two weeks on our vacation. The outside was right next to a trash dumpster and the smell was atrocious until it was picked up. This home should not be put In Vrbo. Totally unacceptable.
