The Hilltop Hideaway - 4 acres, hot tub, sunsets, near Warren Dunes & Weko Beach

Beautiful mid-century home in excellent location under 2 minutes north of downtown Bridgman restaurants, & breweries. Quick four minute drive to Weko Beach with sand dunes & hiking trails. Warren Dunes State Park is less than 10 minutes south. Property is on a 4 acre wooded lot, surrounded by tall trees, wildlife & plenty of space to run around. House recently rehabbed & updated throughout with new kitchen & bath. A short drive directly east of the property, you will find the great vineyards of MI wine country.

This home utilizes solar power to reduce its carbon footprint. It has a great layout, is quiet and overlooks a beautiful property with tall trees and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Queen and king bedrooms on main floor, along with a separate dining room, bathroom, living room and kitchen with all new appliances. Large upstairs space with queen bed, and additional tv & sofa area. Excellent home for entertaining, cooking, or just relaxing with family. Depending on the time of year, we occasionally get some ladybugs and stinkbugs in the house. Being in the SW MI country, this is common for the area.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. We ask that guests park their cars outside the main back door entrance or on the parking pad by the garage. The barn and garage are currently not available for use. The kitchen has all the essentials to make your own meals, and the dining room is very spacious for you to enjoy. We have a basket of beach toys and a couple beach chairs you are welcome to use. We recommend bringing your own beach towels. Fire wood for the fire pit can be purchased at the local grocery store, a mile away.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the bathtub
Turn down hot tub to 90 degrees
Please put things back as they were found
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean up before leaving. Make sure dishes are washed/in dishwasher, all trash is picked up, and no food left behind.
Please do not leave anything wet (foot prints, towels, shoes) on the wood floors.
Please thoroughly brush off sand and rocks before entering the house.

Wonderful home

Stayed here with family for a week and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and hot tub is great. It’s in the country but convenient to all lakeside beaches, restaurants, and activities.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and the house was nice and spacious. The outside was beautiful and one night when we came back there were 4 deer just laying quietly in the field. Definitely will be back if we're in the area!
