This was the perfect place for a family gathering over the Easter holiday. It had plenty of space and everything we needed to be comfortable with a nine-month old. Jaci was very responsive and helpful. The house itself is very cozy and well-equipped. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Springfield!

The communication was great. There was everything you could think of in the house. S’mores, coffee, spices. The beds were so comfortable.

The TV in the master bedroom isn’t connected to anything (cable, internet, dvd player, etc.)The water heater couldn’t keep up in the hall bath and consistently gave only cold showers after 5 minutes. (Master bedroom bath was fine.)The neighbourhood felt sketchy and there were dogs barking all night. Not really the owners fault, but also not worth the price.

We’re really sorry you ran into these issues during your stay. The master bedroom TV is a Smart TV that should be connected to the internet for apps like Netflix or Hulu, and it may have just needed to be reconnected if a previous guest unplugged it. We wish you had reached out so we could have helped get it working right away. We haven’t had any prior issues with the hall bath or water heater, but we take your experience seriously and will make sure it’s checked and addressed. We lived in this neighborhood for a couple of years and have always felt safe and comfortable, though we understand that everyone’s experience can feel different. As for the dogs barking, while we can’t control that, we do provide a noise machine in the master bedroom and earplugs in every nightstand to help our guests sleep more comfortably.
