The owner, Ruby, lives in a rural area of Ohio (Go Bucks!). She and her family own and operate a grain farm. Time away from the farm includes travel and Ruby has found the warmth of Hilton Head inviting. She's opening her home on the island so others can enjoy their time away.

We take pride in our family vacation home! We love Hilton Head Island and find Shipyard as the best spot on the island. It has wonderful bike trails and is close to everything on the island! You will not be disappointed, we welcome our guests and are happy to help assure we meet and go beyond your expectations!
What makes this property unique
We are in a quiet friendly gated community with just an 8 minute stroll to the Shipyard Beach and only a three minute walk to the Beachwalk pool. We provide 4 beach towels, beach toys, and a beach locker. How convenient, no need to lug chairs or toys to the beach!
The villa is managed by the owner's daughter. You will receive the best hospitality with a quick response time. Our family takes great pride in making sure you will be as comfortable in our villa as your own home. It's just waiting for you and your family!
