Home away from Home

My husband and I loved staying at the Ultimate Beach Getaway. Beyond cleanliness, being super comfortable and well stocked, we felt like we were home. Jo was a delight to work with. She was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. We would highly recommend staying here. You will love it!

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location!

After multiple trips to Hilton Head, this is the best place we have stayed! The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect! Shipyard is such a beautiful place! Very easy, fast, and scenic walk to the beach. The beach locker made everything so convenient! It was nice not having to carry everything to the beach, especially with kids. In the locker there were chairs, and plenty of toys and boogie boards for the kids. The owner is so sweet and easily reachable! We would love to stay here again!

Great weekend stay at HHI!

We loved this villa! It was clean, well kept, and comfortable. They have a beautiful back porch and very comfy rooms. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Great kitchen supplies provided and easy walk to the beach.The only thing I would warn about is the uber experience, because there is some confusion we faced with getting the drivers to come to the right entrance (it would route them to the resident entrance where they could not get in). Of course that has nothing to do with the amazing condo and host, but just a fair warning if you’re planning to use uber! Jo was responsive and timely with any help we needed. Would stay here again! Thank you :)

January Retreat

We enjoyed a relaxing month on Hilton Head in your wonderful villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed daily long walks on the beach as well as many bike rides throughout Shipyard and beyond. This was a perfect January getaway from the winter weather “up north.”

Wonderful Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

Our family so enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything you could ask for is there. The owner is so easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions. Jo was fabulous to work with and the unit was exactly as described/pictured. The beach was an easy walk, but even better because Jo was able to get us a beach stamp to park a bit closer - which our young child appreciated. Clean, convenient, and very spacious and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again.

Cant say much more than all of the other outstanding reviews, but the property was perfect and close to everything you need! First-timer to HHI and we are definitely going to return to Jo’s villa. Perfect Location!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and it was great! The location is really perfect. A short walk or bike ride to the beach or pool. Jo was wonderful to deal with, and very helpful via text! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The outside area was roomy and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great Location!

Jo Welch the property manager is one of the best communicators I have dealt with in a long time. Property was more than anticipated, all the amenities you could want or need. The pool is excellent, (wish there was a hot tub), the unit is super clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 young boys and had plenty of room.

Mom's 90th surprise birthday party

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.
