This spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath villa is located in the prestigious, world-class Shipyard Community! Imagine staying in this beautiful townhouse unit and enjoying your private terrace with a view of the fifth hole of the Clipper Golf Course and lagoon. This golf course-oriented villa is close to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island and is situated in the Harbour Master neighborhood of Shipyard with its on-site pool and access to bike paths and roadways to the beach. Coligny Plaza and the public beaches are just down the street! 

The newly-furnished and well-equipped villa is appointed with all of your needs in mind, including cable TV's in the living area and both bedrooms and a great selection of board games for winding down after a day on the island. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing ample space to relax or entertain family and friends! The chef's kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. There is also a cozy table outside for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon and a gas grill on the front deck. The spacious Master suite with its private bath complete with a queen-sized luxury mattress, cable TV,  and view of the golf course and lagoon. The cozy second bedroom has 2 plush twin mattresses and cable TV. A second full bath with tub/shower is just outside the bedroom door! A downstairs half bath provides additional convenience. A queen air mattress is available to sleep two additional guests. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into a closet in the hallway!

Situated in Shipyard, home to many amenities including golf, tennis, fishing, bike paths, and the beach. Beach access at the Shipyard Beach is available. One beach parking pass is included, and parking is available on first come first park basis. Shipyard offers a 27-hole golf course, miles of bike paths, the Van der Meer Tennis Resort, and the Sonesta Resort.

2 SHIPYARD PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RESERVATION TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE GATED COMMUNITY. PARKING IS NOT ASSIGNED IN HARBOURMASTER.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The pool, and beach are walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
