What an amazing experience in nature! This slice of paradise tucked away in the seaside neighborhood of joa where the view perched amongst the natural beauty of banana trees and Jack fruit trees of rios stunning shoreline made the capirinias even more refreshing! The house itself is bucolic and the space offers a lot in terms of variety of options from a pool to a futsol space and air hockey and a ping pong table and is kind of perfect for large groups looking for a great space during their Brazilian adventure. Had a wonderful time would definitely come again!

Está casa é uma propriedade deslumbrante,com vistas deslumbrantes. É muito limpa, exclusiva, equipada e com muitos toques agradáveis, é difícil escolher meu lugar favorito na casa, está estadia merece um milhão de estrelas e eu levaria horas para descrever o quanto perfeita ela é. Ela é super espaçosa e atendeu muito bem eu e mais 23 pessoas! O anfitrião é nota 10, super indico a todos! Muito Obrigada

Nice House

The house can be updated a bit, as some things are a little outdated. But besides that the house is overall nice and big, in a great location, and was able to accommodate me and my friends (there were 11 of us). Damine and Ricardo communicated everything and ensured my questions were timely answered. Thank you!

Final de semana inesquecível!

Moro em São Paulo e aluguei o imóvel para passar o final de semana com um grupo de amigos! Fiquei admirada quando cheguei ao local, uma vista maravilhosa, casa abraçada pela natureza, pude desfrutar de um verdadeiro paraíso. Agradeço ao proprietário, por ser um anfitrião extremamente pontual e atencioso. Espero retornar mais vezes e reviver essa experiência única!

Privacidade e vista maravilhosa!

Estive hospedada com minha família no último final de semana e tivemos todas nossas solicitações prontamente atendidas pelo anfitrião. Nos sugeriu um excelente churrasqueiro para o domingo na piscina. Voltaremos!

A casa é péssima e o proprietário não devolve o dinheiro em caso de insatisfação.

Fiz a reserva da casa considerando as fotos e os dados contidos no anúncio. Ao chegar na casa, me deparei com uma casa abandonada, caindo aos pedaços, suja (banheiros imundos), fedendo a mofo e incompatível com o anúncio. Enquanto no anúncio diz que são 6 suítes, a casa possui apenas 3 suítes. Enfim, não queiram passar pelo que eu passei. Como não tinha como ficar na casa, fui embora, não fiquei hospedado e pedi o estorno do dinheiro, porém o proprietário se negou a devolver o valor. Uma decepção! Espero que ninguém passe pelo que eu passei.
