-Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ en suite bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Queen Bed w/ access to main bathroom
-Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds
-Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
-Additional Sleeping: Pack 'n Play
Community Amenities:
-Outdoor pool & hot tub (seasonal)
-Charcoal grills (charcoal not provided)
-Free parking (No motorcycles or trailers allowed)
The Space:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with everything you need for a seamless stay. Washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Starter toiletries, linens, and beach towels are provided based on guest count.
House Rules:
-No pets allowed (Violation will result in reservation cancellation with no refund)
-No smoking (Violation results in $250 fine)
-No parties or unlisted guests (Strictly enforced with exterior cameras)
-Max 8 guests (Additional guests will incur a $100/night fee or ejection)
Guest Access:
Enjoy full private access to the condo. Pool wristbands must be returned at checkout — $15 fee for lost bands. The pool is open April 1st – Sept 30th (confirm seasonal availability).
Additional Notes:
Mail delivery is not available, and packages cannot be forwarded. Ring Doorbell cameras monitor entryways for security and must not be tampered with. Any tampering will result in a $250 fine.
