We are minutes from the beach, Broadway on the Beach, restaurants, entertainment, theater, museums, and, of course, shopping. Close to numerous championship golf courses, race track, water sports, go cart racing, mini golf, aquarium, wax museum, Brookgreen Gardens, and much much more.
This immaculate, newly furnished and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo sleeps 8. King bedroom, queen bedroom, 2 twin XL bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa. There is a TV in the living room, and in all bedrooms. It has cable, WiFi, fully equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and subway tile backsplash, bed and bath linens, washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, hair dryers, coffee maker, and outdoor furniture on balcony; everything you need to make your stay stress free. Located on 3rd floor, and there is an elevator. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the building.

Great Experience

The property is well maintained on the outside as well as the inside. We loved the central location of the property. A short drive to the beach, golf, and tons of restaurants! My kids loved the amazingly soft carpet in the living room!! It was a great week stay while we played in a baseball tournament and enjoyed family time.

This was a great place to stay.

Condo was very nice sized for family of 8 to stay, and located in a good proximity to everything as long as you have a car. Property owners communicated really well when we had any questions! Loved our stay there.

Lovely Myrtle Beach Condo

We recently stayed at this great condo in Myrtlewood. It was beautifully furnished and immaculate. The condo is centrally located for all the restaurants, golf courses, and the beach. It had a nice pool and walking paths. Laura & Ed were a pleasure to work with and they personally made sure everything was perfect!

Top Notch Place To Stay

What a wonderful rental! I 1000% recommend staying in this amazing condo/home. It was not only a beautiful place to stay, it was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while making us feel right at home. The host - Laura was welcoming, informative and responsive before and throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, golf courses, The Cal Ripken Experience baseball fields, water park, Broadway at the Beach, the ocean and other activities to enjoy while you visit Myrtle Beach. My family expressed daily how happy we were with our choice of place to stay and Laura was a fantastic host!

Beautiful and spacious

Upon walking in the family was wowed. The owners were beyond helpful and informative. The property was quite and peaceful. We loved how the owners took into account so many needs by providing flashlights, reading glasses, note pads, and even a sewing kit. We loved how thoughtful they were to provide the small things. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Everything in the condo was perfect. We came down for a Ripken Baseball tournament for our 14 year old son and there was 7 of us total in the condo. There was more than enough room for everyone.Owners were very helpful prior to the stay and we did not have a need to contact them during our stay as there was no need. Great location, excellent finishes and we would love to return next time. Thank you Laura and Ed for everything...

Stop what you’re doing and book NOW!

We stayed in this condo for a week while visiting Myrtle Beach for dance nationals. When we arrived, we were very pleased to see how clean the condo was. It is decorated beautifully with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (even chip clips!). Notepads, pens, throw blankets, iron, beach towels are also in the condo. We loved the wonderful view of the lake from the balcony. Communication with the owner is TOP NOTCH. Laura responds quickly and is very helpful. You will not find a better host. We had an emergency during our stay and she was very thoughtful, concerned, and supportive. The area is perfect for families. The community is quiet and clean with security guards. Several nice pools to enjoy and it’s not too far from the beach. 10/10 recommend booking with Laura!

My friends and I loved this place! Everything about it was so wonderful! Mrs. Laura and Mr. Ed were so accommodating and they were wonderful people to work with. Even when there were issues with the VRBO site, they kept us updated as they were updated. They made what would normally be a stressful situation, as stress free as possible. They were very responsive when we reached out to them and were very kind during those times of communication. The property itself was very nice and had plenty of space. It was open and had tons of natural light. All five of us were able to stay very comfortably and we never felt crowded. The rental was very clean as well (bathroom, bedding, floors, dishes, kitchen, etc.) and everything was in working condition. There was also a nice view of the pond from the balcony. The property is larger than the pictures hint at and the location is a safe spot to be in. My friends and I never questioned our safety while we were there. It is also a short drive to the Boardwalk and other activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. My friends and I are very satisfied with our stay here and plan on staying again next year!

Great Place for family

This was in a quiet community. The condo, pool and area was very nice and clean. The condo was big enough for 8 people, no one was right on top of the other. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in Myrtle Beach

This condo was amazing! Nice, clean, and had all the essentials! We especially loved the “junk drawer”, as the sewing kit came in handy a few times. Having the washer and dryer was very nice when traveling with 6 kids.

We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. There are a lot of activities for all ages. The condo was perfectly setup for our family of 5. It was clean and fully furnished. Hi folks! We are Ed and Laura from Long Island, New York. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, and got tired of trying to find a nice place to stay. We decided to buy our own place so it would be available for our few weeks a year that we can get away. We picked this location because it is convenient to everything. Ed is an avid golfer, and Laura is more the beach, entertainment, jogging and shopping person. It's also a great place for our children and grandchildren because there are pools on site, beach nearby, and many grown up and kid friendly things to do within a mile or so. It's all right here!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because unless you booked a year in advance, most resorts were booked. Hotels don't have full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and cost more, per night, than a whole beautiful, fully equipped condo!

What makes this property unique

If you prefer to just relax, you can sit outside on the covered, furnished balcony in the morning with your coffee, or inside and open the blinds if you prefer, and see the most beautiful sunrise over the lake. There are ducks, blue herons, egrets, and big turtles in the lake, also making it a relaxing place day or night.
