It as a very spacious walking closet, kitchen is small but basically equipped for your stay.

muy bien ubicado y perfecto para pareja con niños

Excelente comunicación con la dueña, muy atenta. Única recomendación: cambiar la dirección anunciada porque nos fue un poco difícil encontrar el edificio, debido al cambio de números en la calle

I love to host nice guests who come to visit my city for tourism or business. I think they will feel comfortable, safe and very well located at the suite. I also speak French and enjoy dealing with foreign people. I rent this suite on my parents behalf, to support their daily living, so I really appreciate when someone choses us for their stay. My regular business is promoting and selling ecuadorian flowers and roses to the world !!!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is so nice, and vibrant !!
You can enjoy a great Juan Valdez Coffee Shop right in the corner, or a delicious Cyrano french baked bread & patisserie, great local & international food restaurants, best hotels in the block. Your are walking distance for every need. If you need a bank, just walk 1 block, if you want to jog or relax, just turn left 1 block for Park La Carolina, anything, really it´s the place. Totally recommend it !
